138.4 again today for 3rd day in a row. I’m ready to move to P3 so this may sound weird, but I’m actually relieved my weight is the same. If I was up this morning I would want to stay in P2 to get back down, if I was down I would want to stay in P2 to “lock it in” if that makes sense. MAYBE I will luck out this round and be like Roselanoue and settle in BELOW LIW for once! I’m planning my P3 foods and I plan on being very careful this time. Ok, so yesterday morning was my last injection! Leez, could you please confirm when it is ok to start eating P3? I can’t wait!!

P3 starts 72 hours after your last injection.

139.8, 1.4 gain! These gains have been a running theme during this round! Normally they come back off, but tomorrow I’m supposed to be starting P3 so I don’t know. I know it wasn’t anything I ate. I ate the exact same menu as Tuesday. It COULD be inflammation (I do feel a TINY bit sore) from the run/fast walks this week....but other than that, IDK! What do I do for LIW? What if this 1.4 doesn’t come right back off? In looking at my round history sometimes it’s taken several days for a gain to come off. Ugh! 138.4 for 3 days straight, then 139.8. Crazy!

Having a gain during the transition is unusual. I think I would allow for that gain by raising your LIW that pound.

Yes, it does seem unusual, however, in looking back at my round this is typical for how my whole round has gone. And like I said before, when I have a gain it seems to take a few days before it drops off and below. Today I am 139.4, so 1 lb over LIW. Today I start P3 so I will use 139.4 as my LIW since I don’t want to go into P3 without a 2 lb window. Maybe this gain will follow the same round pattern and drop back off. I hope!! Just not sure since I’m starting P3.

    Hi Leez,

I need your help again please and thank you.

After restarting with a new batch of HCG, even from a different manufacturer, I'm ravenous and after VLCD 4, have started gaining weight.

I can manage in the morning but by afternoon evening - I'm angry, frustrated, cranky etc,. and after dinner just went to bed last night, because I just couldn't get out of my own way. It's been 3 days like this and my last round of HCG wasn't like this at all.

I have been dosing at .150 on the syringe, as per my doctors previous orders. I dont know if the second batch i just picked up is any different as there are no dosing medications on the package , so I just "assumed" I should do the same as last round.

The package says" mix 10ml diluent w/powder, mis inject SC 1x/day into belly. Expiry 30 days. (10,000u/10mlsVIAL) DS:30

I'm not good at math or even understanding what that actually means? But given what I've been reading, I believe my dose is off. How do I go through it from here? Skip a day, lower dose? Go higher?

    Many thanks,

    Kimberly

It sounds like you need to skip a day. If your hunger is less on the evening of your skip day, lower dose to 125iu. (It is fine to skip once you have had 4 doses.)

According to your mix you are taking 150iu. If you find your hunger increases on the evening of the skip day, then you would increase to 175iu.

    Hi Leez,

Thank you for the replies. I thought I would give a quick update, as you had so kindly responded to my request for help.

After speaking with the pharmacist yesterday, she indicated that the new brand and new dose were mixed differently than the previous ones and in fact I should have been taking more all along. She said I should have been taking .200 - .220 based on mixing, bac etc., With the old dose, different manufacturer, I was comfortable on the .150 and had assumed I should be taking the same dose.

In any case, I took the .200 yesterday and felt really good. Today I did the .150 - so between the two days I will have .175. Tomorrow I will do the .160 etc., until I reach the right dose based on this new batch, from the new manufacturer.

I hope this fixes it and that they know what they are taking about, or I'm in for a few not so great days again.

Given she says I have been under-dosing for the entire time of the restarted round, do I need to restart again? Have I been doing damage to myself by not using enough? Do I extend the round? How many days can I do, given I haven't been taking enough?

    Thank you again.

    Kimberly

I know it sounds logical to increase incrementally but it is not as HCG overlaps for 3 days so you can't know till then if the dose change is correct. Best to increase to your recommended dose and then reassess after three days.
