    138.2 today, so back under LIW (-.2). We ate at a restaurant last night and I had their Brussels sprouts with bacon. They were delicious but I tasted a hint of sweetness so after I asked I found out they were drizzled with an apple gastrique that had a small amount of sugar in it.

    139.8 this morning. Yikes! 1.4 above LIW, so still within window, but don’t like being so close to 140. I ate a lot of bacon at dinner so maybe that is it? Also, I was supposed to do my Lipo shot yesterday (every 3 days) but forgot so wondering if that made a difference. Did lipo shot this morning. Hopefully scale will be back down tmw!

    Are you on P3 or P4? I eat bacon every day but have it at breakfast I never heard of Lipo for maintenance . I thought it was for energy I am not well read on lipo Had B12 during proticol with hcg but not in between

    On the low carb granola, you can leave out the oats or replace with a seed. Pumpkin seeds could work and are a good choice for P3. I don't worry about it because it's a small amount and I just use it as a topping or crumble.
