Today was my skip day. Felt good all day. Was hungry at dinner. Normal. Ate around 6:30. Still hungry after dinner. Not normal. How should I adjust my dose tmw?

It depends on why you were skipping. Was it just a weekly skip day? Or were you skipping because you had strong hunger and are needing to change dose?

Its normal to be a little hungry the evening of your skip day. It means your dose is good.
