    Hello!

I’ll be starting my loading tomorrow.

This isn’t my first time at the rodeo, but I’m trying to refresh myself.

    I’ve reread Pounds and inches.

For my first round I did beautifully. I used homeopathic drops. I had virtually no hunger and stabilized well. I even went on to lose more weight in p4

Then my second round happened. I couldn’t seem to find the right dose, it seemed to change every other day. I was too afraid to cheat, so that wasn’t the issue. Then it finally dawned on me it may have been the drops. I ignored the reviews saying they felt the formula had changed, because there were others who gave glowing reviews.

    My third round... total disaster

    Now I’m back.

I was able to get a long round from Nu Image Medicals. Injections this time.

I would have purchased another round for later, but the expiration date was too soon.

I’m still considering it... any advice about the expiration date?

Anyhoo... I’ll be in here re-reading everything.

Do I do the injections at the same time everyday? Morning is best?

I feel like I’m starting from square one!

Alright, hope to see some others in here

It appears you may have gotten some fake drops. With homeopathics, you always have to read the ingredients on the bottle to make sure they contain HCG. Formulas change all the time, and website info doesn't always keep up with it.

You can use HCG past the expiration date, especially compounded HCG, because those suppliers require potency in excess of 100%. So even if your HCG weakens a bit, you are still going to have it be close to 100% effective. Lyphilized (freeze dried) HCG is good for long past the date, possibly even years, but at least one year if stored properly.

Morning dosing with injections is best, mainly in the instance of having to do a skip day to check your dose because of the timing diagnostics. But whatever time you choose do keep it the same time each day.

I think one of the best things you can do before starting a round is read the manuscript several times.

Sounds like you are all set.

    Thanks for the reply!

That's what I figured after I thought about it, especially since my experience was so different from my first round. I'm glad I had a good first round though because I definitely know this works.

OK, good info about the expiration date. I think I'll go ahead and order just so I have it when I'm ready.

Thanks for your help... I'll be in here often I'm sure!

All the best on your round. Hope your loading is enjoyable.

I think summer rounds are challenging because of all the fresh produce that available, but at least you will be able to enjoy garden tomatoes---the best part! i just picked my first red ones this week.

Loading is going great! I forgot how quickly one can get sick of eating 😂😂

The injections are awesome. Now I wonder what I was afraid of 😳 Iím not afraid of needles in general, so I guess it was the idea of doing it myself.

Iíve got my count down calendar on my fridge. It always helped to see the smiley faces add up each day I completed.

This will be my first long round. Iíve only ever done 30 days, but figured since Iím in stay at home mode itís the perfect time.

Question I might have screwed up....or not; DID I???

Hello! I've heard that injections always should be in the AM, so this is bothersome...please let me know what you think!

I had an unfortunate day yesterday, which is Day 1 of Phase 1: I had to start later than I planned on starting!!! So now, am I "stuck" injecting every day at 2:00 PM?

Today is Day 2 of Phase 1....AKA "Loading"....or, as I like to say, "Day 2 of Eating Like a Maniac"

Tomorrow is the first day of VLCD eating.

    SO, ultimate question:
I dosed at 2:00 PM yesterday, and ideally I want to be dosing at 10:00 AM each day. Is that too big of a time switch to do all at once? Do I creep up the time each day until I get to 10:00 AM for injections, or can I make the change in one fell swoop?

Thanks in advance for all your help!!!

Thanks again for any and all help! <3

You can safely start injecting at 10am tomorrow. Your HCG hasn't built up to full strength quite yet, so it will be fine to just move it up all the way.

You can change it anytime. But if its a big change (like more than just a couple hours) later in the round, change over several days by moving a couple hours each day.

    Hunger First Couple Days Normal?

So, today is VLCD Day 1.

I'm trying to remember if I had hunger my first round for a couple of days. I think I did until I played with the dose, then the hunger subsided.

When should I be concerned about hunger and adjusting the dosage?

I started at a dose of 125. It was hard to load at this dose because I wasn't as hungry, so I figured it may be alright.
