    Its not unusual to have a little hunger the first week, even if the dose is spot on. Give it a few days. What would be the signal that your dose is off would be hunger you can't ignore.

    It sounds like you had a normal reaction during loading. I suspect you are fine with your 125 dose.

    OK... so far so good.

    Yesterday, was a little dicey especially last night. I think it was more detoxing than anything.

    I woke up today and have no hunger. I’ll monitor the rest of the day to see how it goes.

    Does the 1 tbs of milk need to be fat free?

    No, in fact whole milk is perfectly fine to use for that 1 T. And its a whole lot more satisfying. *no pun intended*

    Coco posted recently that she had started using a T. of canned milk (and liked it even better in coffee) and had no repercussions from that either.

    It is likely that the protocol is assuming you will use whole milk, as there is no mention of it needing to be fat-free, like there is when cottage cheese is discussed.

    Glad your hunger settled down. You are probably right that it was detox related.

    Hi Leez,

    Yes, I "fell in love" with Canned Evaporated Milk in P2, and even now in P3 still using it most days instead of HWC (using only one weekends ), and still no issues.

    I donít follow the nuimage mixing instructions. I add 10cc bac water and dose at 125iu. .25 in the syringe. I am about to order one last round.

    125iu Seems to be working so far. Good to know others have had success on that dose. This is my second day, so hopefully, it holds steady.

    Will definitely be trying the canned milk!

    I bought frozen individually wrapped fish portions. Snipping off small portions is a pain, but I'll do it if I need to. Now I remember they're never the same size! LOL! Would eating a little extra protein throw me off?

    Chicken and beef is easier because it doesn't come individually wrapped.

    A tiny bit extra isn't going to cause an issue, but it would be better not to let it go over 4 oz.

    I did the individually wrapped portions on a couple of my rounds. I'd save the snipped off pieces in a baggie in the freezer, and then when I had enough for a whole portion, I'd make a soup out of it.

    Welcome Jesse. Planning for loading can be fun. I have found what works best for me is to eat lots of healthy fats like avocados and nuts, and treats like low carb cheesecake. And then an indulgence or two, like coffee icecream and maybe a slider and fries or some greasy barbeque. I don't eat much veggies or fruit during loading unless they are fried or in a pie. ^_^ I find that allowing a couple fun foods is psychologically satisfying while keeping the load gain reasonable.

    P4 day 91 (i think) 138.0 6.2 under LIW Couple of days this week i was up Scale always more favorable Tues thru Friday Sat thru monday i am usually a lb or more higher. Guess if i only weighed once a week i would pick Thursday lol
