I always get the days and hours confused, but the hours makes it so much easier ��

My first round I just ate and made sure no sugar no starch and stabalized perfectly. Then my other rounds I started reading I should slowly add foods and calculate maintenance calories... those rounds weren’t my best.

I didn’t eat beef on any of my rounds because I saw many people gained or stalled on it. Tried it this round and my body LOVES it! Some of my biggest loss days were my beef days.

Go figure... goes to show we really are all different.
