I just realized I think I have counted my days wrong somehow! My first shot was on Jan13 and I have had 3 skip days. So actually tomorrow will be my day 30??

You count doses, not days. So 2 load days + 28 dose days in P2 is a 30 day round. With skip days, it could be longer than 30 actual days.

So I count my load days as does days, correct? If so then my does day 30 is tomorrow. Should I go up on dose for my last dose day? And that will also be my last date for LID for my weight?

Yes, you count load days as dose days. Yes, go up because you are hungry. The increased dose will help you get through the 72 hour transition.

Tomorrows weight will be the weight you go by in P3.

You're welcome! Hope your transition goes well. I've always found them quite easy. Sometimes I still am not hungry a couple days into P3.
