    I think tomorrow (28NOV) is the last day you can begin to load and then complete a HCG cycle prior to the holidays (Christmas Eve). I can skip the Christmas festivities but I can't skip the New Year's Eve ones (it's my birthday)! Plus, it would be kind of fun to have a resolution MET prior to the New Year :-)

    Hi all! Good luck. It is a wonderful time of year to start hcg. Finish out the year with a bang! You will do wonderful and by the end of the year be a new person! Keep up the good work.

    This is my first round on HCG and I am loading as we speak!! I just want to find a group that is around the same stage that I am.

    I was having major anxiety this morning about starting but I think I am feeling better about it now.

    I weighed in at 257.4 this am. Most I have ever been in my life. Blech!!! I need to take some measurements and before pictures at some point to day too.

    Hi Everyone,

    A group of us will be loading this weekend. VLCD Day 1 on 12/5. I did a 23 day cycle a couple years ago and lost 18 lbs. Doing a 30 day cylcel this time and hope to lose 25lbs.

    Hi all,

    I was supposed to start R3 during Thanksgiving weekend but forgot to order my drops, so hopefully I will receive the package by Friday this week so I can start this weekend. I'm just doing a short round since I only need to drop 8-10 pounds. I thought about doing it without the drops but I think HCG will help me achieve without dealing with the hassle. I'm now used to the 500 calorie diet and will prolly add more calories if I reach my goal within two weeks. I plan on not cheating throughout the phase.

    The last time I loaded, I gained nearly six pounds those two days but I hope to not do a repeat of that I want to try to eat a lot of healthy fats but will sure add French fries both days Any suggestions of healthy fats (I don't like avocados and mayo)?

    Healthy fats - fatty fish (like salmon), nuts, olive oil (to saute or as a dressing), cheese or fat-infested yogurt

    Hi everyone,
    Here I am again!! Loading on December 2nd and 3rd....for Round 3. I lost 53 pounds on two rounds of HCg one long round and one short. I stabilized at 158/159 and now I am 162/163 after my vacation and the thanksgiving. I was able to stabilize though it was difficult the second time around but my vacation threw me off my routine. I am back now to set my hypothalmus straight again. Round 1 was lovely, round 2 was horrid and difficult. I am hoping for a smooth round 3...3rd time's the charm. My goal for this round is 149 or 13 pounds. whichever comes first. Hoping to establish this before Jan 1st 2012. This forum has been a great asset to me in keeping me focused and helping me reach my goals.
    Plus I am greatly looking forward to the skinny feeling of P2 oh how I miss it LOL. Very addictive.
    R1 Start wgt/ load: 205.0/208.8
    R1 LIW: 169.0/168.8 Stabilized 167.4
    R2 Load 1: 168.4/172.6
    R2 LIW 157.4 Stabilized (156.8-159.0)
    R3 Load 165.2/165.6
    R3 wk 3: almost done: Normal BMI!!!

    Hi All! I'm new to hcg dieting. I'm loading on the 29th and 30th. Beginning 500 calories on Dec 1st. I'm using homeopathic VOX pellets. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I've been unable to lose on any diets, so am a more than a little bit worried that this might just be more of the same.

    I have no problems with following any diet protocol without cheating. I just have issues with losing weight while following them. I gained weight on Weight Watchers. If I hear one more person give me a lecture about my problem being "starvation mode" I think I'll spit!

    So I'm really hpoing that I'm still here and losing in a few weeks. I'll definitely be doing the happy dance if that happens.

    I have to figure out how to get notifications of responses. I thought no one responded after me. I have lots of catching up to do.

    I've lost my load weight plus a pound. Not yet back to LIW from last round. But I'm pretty sure I'll get there tomorrow. Only 1.2 to go anyway.

    I have to say that I'm pretty hungry. But I am painting a room and moving a whole crap load of books from the den. Burning lots of energy. I also might play a little with my dose. I'm at 150 injection right now. It worked for me last round. Maybe I need to reduce????

    Rosie - how is Dawn struggling? Hungry? I eat an egg for breakfast during Phase 2. I need that protein to help me start of the day. I started last round with drops and just couldn't NOT be hungry - so I switched to injections and never had a problem the rest of the round. BUT I am having some problems at the beginning of this round - maybe my body is just trying to whimp out! But my brain won't let me. Boo-ya! Besides the egg, I also eat brussel sprouts and broccoli. They're not on original protocol, but I added them last round with good results. So, I'll be using them this round, too. I also confess that I use coconut oil to make my egg not stick or to sautee onions.
