I知 jumping in with you guys. I知 on day 12 and will cycle into P3 for Christmas and stay about a week before cycling back to P2. Not my first rodeo and have cycled before but never over the holidays. I知 here for accountability lol. I知 about 14 from goal but have slid up and down the same 30 lbs for several rounds of hhcg. I have hormone, thyroid and adrenal issues making me cray-cray and hcg is the only way for me to lose while on the crazy roller coaster. I知 stopping drops tomorrow and will have Christmas Day as my first day of P3 which will be more of a carb cheat than a sugar cheat. I can live without dessert but not the dressing!

Zip- I'll be anxious to hear how the cycling goes! I've always just ended up cheating instead. Sucks about all the hormone and health issues. I'm in menopause... so I feel ya!

I'm back to P2 today after not even trying to do a true P3 cycle. I forgot how good my mom's dressing is - and brought home leftovers. Oh well - totally worth it. I'm not looking at the scales for a day or two. I've done hcg enough to not really have any problems getting my head back in the game and have a goal to get back to my LDW that I hit about six (?) years ago and haven't seen since. It's a good time of year for me - now that the holidays are over. I can sort of stay home and just get in my groove. I'm about 15 away from my goal and will stay on hhcg til I get there. I don't worry about the 40 day limit rule with homeopathic. My biggest concern is holding steady once I hit my goal. I have no real problems for about six months and then the lbs just start creeping on slowly and I can't seem to get them down without another round. I really need to find a way to stay at my goal weight. I don't even really change my diet all that much but stay sort of low-carbish and have an occasional cheat (chick fil a - ummmm - hello drive through!) but it's not like I ever went back to eating the way I did before hcg. UGH. So frustrating!

Zippi--this is my fear......that I will get immune during P3! I can eat P2 all day (year) long, but P3 is scary. Last round I was 174 for last drops days (I do homeopathic drops). But, I maintained at 178. I wanted to drop 15 more so I tried w/o hcg. Just didn't get any losses. I upped my walking/strength training. Got no where. So, it's back to hcg for the final 15!! I hope to get down to 161 and know I will go up 4 pounds. My last round, I was able to maintain 178 for a year and a half. I hope I can lock it in like that at 164-ish again. I'm going to concentrate hard and make it happen. I think doing THM after P3 really helped lock in my maintenance, especially the S meals. I did that for a good 8 months, then started going low-carb, with a few THM recipes in there. I mainly used the recipes for S meals, did not do the GGMS much. I also drank half my weight in ounces of water per day. Today is my VLCD1 after 2 days of gorging on foods, I RARELY eat anymore. In fact, I ate more healthy fats than sugar filled junk. Mental gain there for me......I really don't enjoy that WOE anymore. YAY! My taste buds have changed for all the junk EXCEPT a good hot roll!! Hay, if I've narrowed it down to that, i can live with a smile------Here's to feeling those jeans get loose again! Hang in there, you're worth it! Cheers~
