I think you all know by now steak days don't work for me. But I did try a couple of things in the last few weeks whenever I'd gone over the LDW limit, and have had success with the following:
I did a steak with tomato for breakfast at about 10AM. Then I ate nothing else for the rest of the day, but drank water and coffee for the rest of the day - I called it my reverse steak day. I dropped 1.2 lbs. which got me back within the limit and it stuck. Normally I lose only .2 or may even go up .8 - 1 lb on a regular steak day!
Just this week, I went over by exactly 1 lb. when I had some "questionable chicken". I was so tied of meat anyway, that I decided the next day to do a "fruit day" I found a grapefruit in the back of the fridge drawer. It was still nice and juicy, so I had it for breakfast. At dinner Tim, I had two Jay Robb Whey Protein Shakes w/frozen peaches, and HWC added. I lost that bad 1 lb the next day.
