December 2022 Loaders - Naughty Elves

Welcome December Loaders, this thread's for you!

Those who choose to start a round during the holiday season have always impressed me with their resolve. It has to be the hardest time to do this protocol. You literally have to find your holiday joy somewhere else other than the traditional party foods.

So I thought I'd give this group a fun name to encourage your creativity in finding ways to enjoy the season and still pursue your health and weight goals.

So have fun, naughty elves...... and support and encourage each other through this short time of discipline. It is always worth it in the end when the scale and mirror show significant changes.

I'll be around to offer encouragement and help with questions and concerns. As always, my input will be based on the original protocol guidelines.

Good luck with this December round!

Thanks for this month's theme, Leez! Love it!

Checking in on VLCD 19 and I'm down 14.4 lbs. Stall today but that's normal in the 3rd week plus TOM so will just ride it out. I'm pleased with my progress so far and I'm feeling and looking better. Face is looking slimmer, bloat has gone down, and sleeping much better.

Planned interruption next Tuesday - Sunday so stopping drops Sunday and VLCD for Sunday and Monday without dose, then p3 for the PI. I'm feeling confident I can maintain my losses during the PI but I'm not going to be overly concerned if I gain a few lbs. I will be so GRATEFUL not to load again! The plan is to pick up after PI on the 12th and continue on P2 for at least another 10-11 days before P3. That will make it about a 30 day round total.

Do I need to be on P2 longer than 10 days after my PI before going into official p3?

On another note, I am excited and nervous to try on some cocktail dresses and other clothes for my Florida trip next week. I have a bunch of stuff arriving today to try on. Fingers crossed that something works out! I'm actually excited to get gussied up for our company xmas party hence the cocktail dress.

Onward and Downward! Have a great weekend everyone!

The only minimum would be 4 days, so that the HCG comes to full strength, but that really isn't worth it. 10-14 days is a good amount. It gives you the chance to lose something significant. And, of course you could finish out the rest of your maximum 40 dose days.

    Just checking in.

It's been quite a few years since I did a HCG round, just didn't have it in me to do it. But for health and wealth of mind and body, I finally jumped in. So bravo to me. I don't know why it takes so much mental fortitude, but it sadly does.
Starting in the holiday season is kinda crazy but here I am. I have a cruise next year and well that right now is my focus. So, I have to find that program that tracks your weight with the graph again. If someone can send that to me I would very much appreciate it. I don't see many people on this site anymore either they are all skinny now or people have moved on to something else. I guess Keto, which this old dog just didn't have it in me to learn yet another thing. This I know, and when doing it, I actually say the words "this is easy" well not really but I guess I start feeling good and arn't stressed over food, and the scale goes down a lb. each day and Yep~! I am happy and loving it! So happy to be here, hope others join in. Thanks all! By the way for somer reason and it's been that way since I started I am blocked from starting threads or editing my posts. Not sure why It's always been that way. If that could be altered great, or not, there is a lot of info here on the site I guess I would do ok just looking stuff up.
    Bye for now~!

Hi jjaazzy, and welcome back. I think many of us face that inner resistance to starting, even though we know will have a great outcome.

So agree that there is peace in doing something you know is going to work well if you just follow the program. I hadn't thought about a winter cruise being a motivator to tackle this during the holiday season. Yes, bravo to you!

Forum activity has slowed from what it used to be, but there is a group of regulars and semi-regulars that continue to interact here. Its actually quite remarkable that this forum has been active for way over 10 years. HCG continues to be the answer for many. True there are some new things out there that do work for some, but the beauty of HCG is that it pretty much works for everyone.

I'll put in a word about your thread permissions to the webmaster. Hopefully that can be sorted quickly.

Hi jjaazzy, I hope you have great losses in your round! I tend to do an annual round in early or late summer. I lost 50 lbs with hcg then switched to keto which mostly helps me maintain my losses. About 1/3 of the members I encountered on this forum when I started, still come back. I hope the rest found ways of eating that help them maintain.

Welcome Jjaazzy. I am on snd off since 2011 and still believe hcg is best for me. I plan another round end of Feb and hope it will be a short one. I am slightly over my liw at the moment but less than I was after hcg in 2011. 144.4 and liw is 141 so need to watch more carefully but weighing keeps me more accountable. Last week I was less but this week I am careless with what I am eating. Best success to you.
