    Awesome Job Sarah!!!! I can't wait to get back on P2 for my second round. I am stabilizing in P3, minus one gain day due to sodium, so I did a chicken thigh day. Lost it mostly. So here I am just plugging away. Ready to get back to loosing the last of my divorce weight.

    Jdodge - You will get it back. Just follow the guidelines and you will do it. Do a steak day or a chicken thigh day!!!

    Down to 126.8 so just 1.8 above LDW I'm doing a fage day to see if I can get the last of the booze weight off.

    I think I like it better than the steak day. We'll see how well it works tomorrow.

    Sarah: it worked well! Down to 125.8. I would totally do it again. You get to eat throughout the day instead of fasting then eating a hunk of steak.

    I shall be stinking to more P2 foods with dairy included to keep my weight within the 2lb mark.

    Down another pound this morning. TOM is out the way and now it's just a matter of deciding when to call the round. I'm thinking maybe I will go till Wed with the drops and then Thursday/Friday with VLCD no drops and wake up Saturday morning for a great BREAKFAST! I'm still playing it by ear though. I might go earlier if I hit that BIG 70 POUND mark or if I hit under 150's... Conveniently, those two numbers coincide. I'm not exactly pressed to get to that number, but even if it was just for a few days it would be nice! HA!

    So, where have you ladies been posting all your new updates. I know I'm pretty far behind compared to you all now, but I still like to hear from you.

    Thanks ready to be thin, I can hardly believe it myself. How are you doing?

    Yesterday I was surprised to have a 1 pound loss and this morning I was even more shocked to wake up to a 1.4lb loss! I haven't updated my ticker with this mornings weight loss because I have football today and generally after a day of a lot physical activity I gain some. But if tomorrow or more like Tuesday shows that magic # I won't do another full week of P2 like originally thought I will start transitioning over to P3! I'm so ready for some variety in my food again!

    I know most of you have moved on so hopefully we will come across one another in some other threads. It was such a pleasure to share this experience with all of you.

    Sarah-you HAVE done amazing...we started not too far apart weight wise...congrads on the 70 pounds..you'll get there

    Jdodge- I don't like steak days, mostly as I don't really love steak anyway and going all day without anything is tough..FFF days seem to be easier.

    I can't believe I have just passed 80 pounds over the 5 rounds...now looking squarely at making it into the 120s...from 212...I also am closing in on finishing this round and heading to P3 for life...have enough mixed hcg to last about a week and starting to look forward to a BAB soon...I like to do the Leptin reset as it works well for me.

    Well my weight loss stuck this morning so I got 1.1lbs left to go hit the big 70 and be under 150!

    I'm so nervous and excited, ha! I know I've done P3 before but it can be a nerve racking thing. You don't want to blow all the hard work you put in.
    I need some suggestions for food to eat for Breakfast the 1st week. I try to avoid the eggs, bacon, sausage stuff the 1st week. So I never know what to eat in the morning.

    Great job Sarah you are rocking. I love it. You seriously are so motivating. I hope I can be like you with my 2 rounds. I hope my next one I can lose the rest of the weight that needs to comes off. It will be about 34 lbs so for a total of 66. I hope I can do it. You are giving me hope. Hugs girl
