    Just want to clarify for your P3 breakfast on the 27th... Since you're doing drops, I assume you take them more than once per day, so your last dose is at night. That means P3 can technically start the night of the 26th (because it's hours since last dose).
    If you're doing homeopathic drops, it's 48 hours (last dose the 24th). If you're doing Rx drops, it's 72 hours (last dose the 23th).

    I understand being upset. :-( Sweets don't bother me. I teach a class twice a week, in which we make candy, donuts, cakes, etc. I am not tempted in the least. My downfall is salty, crunchy things, like popcorn and tortilla chips. I had to throw out the tortilla chips in my house about a month ago after I cheated eating them. It just wasn't worth being tempted to eat four that turns into 20. Tell your husband to put them in his drawer or garbage.

    The dose is going to depend on how it's mixed, I take 150 iu and its at the .30 mark on the syringe, .25 would be 125 iu I believe.

    Hello Ladies Back From Mexico..........and 3 Pounds Heavier (Was so worth it), good thing I was 5lbs under my Goal Weight before I Left. Miss the sunshine, but am glad to be home.

    Back on Track, no carbs

    Down .6 today.....I too have looked back at previous round losses and how they differ from this's round in order to decide when to finish this round. I am noting that my LIW drops about 2 lbs with the first two days of no injections which means I can probably be finished the injections at 138.0 lbs and be awfully close to my 136 lb goal. Yippee I am very nearly done this round......probably the 10 days I was thinking........

    Keep moving scale!!

    Had some good losses this week so I'm not surprised at a small loss this morning. So, on VLCD32, I had a loss of -.2
    STATS: 50 yrs old & 5'3", wife, mom to five & grandma to two

    VLCD 38 and had a 1 pound loss! What a shocker! I'm wondering . . . the only thing I did different that I can think of is last night I did have my hamburger wrapped in lettuce with a couple pickles and a slice of tomato, which I do all the time. But I went back and sliced up the rest of the tomato, with salt and pepper. (had chicken @ lunch. Hubby burnt it on the grill the night before so I ate it cold and dipped each bite in salsa. Was actually good!) Maybe the combo of the hamburger and a whole tomato acted like a steak day in P3 ?? Will try it again tomorrow and see what happens.

    @ 21.8 pounds total lost and 1 more injection to go (maybe)
    2014:
    Week 1: 6.8 lbs lost

    Okay, so, I'm taking homeopathic drops. I will take the final drops of the day prior to DINNER on the 24th. Then, I'll go to bed that night. I will wake up (God willing...lol) on the 25th. I will NOT take drops anymore. Now, do I eat breakfast on the 25th or just eat P2 for lunch & dinner? Then on the 26th do I skip breakfast, eat P2 for lunch & then eat P3 for dinner?

    I am pretty sure I am starting P3 by next Friday. I'd like to start another round by May 2. I am at 29 injections still, since I just skipped these 3 days due to TOM. I am going to end this one about a week early. My doctor is completely on board. I've dropped 21.8 pounds so far. It is amazing, because all of it was fat except a 1.2 pound drop in water. I don't drink so much at work, and my appointment was after work. So, no surprise there.

    Chris...three pound gain in Mexico! I generally gain a pound a day on my trips there between booze and eats! You did well!

    Candle...so nice that your new scale was less! Are you still thinking about another round? I am Loading May 2 and 3.

    Well, I finally had my 1st cheat after the aggravation with the coffee and oil. I had 3 slices of pepperoni & soppressetta pizza and a large soda. Oh well. I'm already extending a extra week, if I don't make it up *shrugs*
