And good luck to all of you who are loading ! Your loads sound super yummy. My biggest problem with my weight is under-eating (which is what made me fall off today). I skipped a full meal and then my hubby (who works at papa johns) brought home some pizza... so I took a bite. Yes, just a bite... but I feel miserable. Especially since I'm actually gluten sensitive too. UGH! I was doing so good ... I don't know how to make myself eat throughout the day. I usually just enjoy one big meal... and with this diet that isn't a possibility. I hate eating - yes, you heard me right. I mean, I enjoy yummy foods, but maybe a bite? that's it! and so... getting myself to eat on schedule and actually make the foods... it's tough. UGH! I'm sorry for this rant. I'm feeling miserable right now and am hating myself for the cheat.
Oops! Sorry, Maewytch. It's good you have an understanding of why it happened. What's done is done. Dust yourself off and get back on track! I tend to plan out a few days and make a lot of meals in advance. P2-friendly chili freezes nicely.

AFM... I woke up to a bit of a winter wonderland and decided to work from home instead of playing bumper cars with the rest of northern NJ on the heels of the super bowl. I'm going to start loading today if my hCG is delivered early enough. <<fingers crossed!>>

    Have a great day, everyone!

Maewytch, I feel bad cuz ive been there and I know what it feels like and I know once you cheat it makes it harder to not bit you have support here. When you are feeling those cravings, take your mind off it and come here. Come say I need some motivation because I'm about to cheat. Do something to distract yourself.. This diet is hard and you need words of wisdom and motivation. Please please please come to us. Private message or board! Just distract yourself. This diet is about making new habits so we all struggle to change those. If you only eat once a day, start by just eating twice. Lunch and dinner. That's all your required. That's just a small change I know you can do!!

Happy loading Super Bowl weekend loaders! Looking forward to our journey together and hearing about all of your great successes!

Well, Birthday and Super Bowl loading days are done!

I have to ask, anyone else have issues after eating so much fat?? I don't normally eat much fat, I'm NOT a big meat eater. My problem is more sugar related. I ate Avacado, sausage, Steak, Chicken all on my first load day. I ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea in the middle of the night. Didn't eat too much until later yesterday, but I gained exactly 3 lbs during my load days. (NOT Happy about that)

VLCD 1 starting today. It's 9:30am and stomach is starting to growl. TRYING to make it to lunch before I eat anything. LOL.

    Happy February everyone!!!

Boyfriend and I loaded over the weekend. HCG arrived on Saturday, was like a gift from god to spend the Super Bowl loading. Today is the actual first day eating right. I'm confused if my boyfriend is restricted to 500 calories as well since I have read on different sites that men can have extra protein.

Has anyone set goals on this diet? Like really sat and wrote down what they wanted to accomplish? For instance, I have pulled out my calendar and wrote down what I'm hopeful to lose per week and setting average daily goals but not caring as much about hard and fast goals as to the daily goals as long as I come close to my weekly ones.

I'm down 5.6 from load. I gained 4lbs during load.

I also gained the 3 pounds and was mentally prepared for the increase of water and carbs making it show on the scale. We are on the exact same schedule.
I read "pounds and inches" and gained so much insight into how this all works.Don't be discouraged.
I break my melba toast and fruit up into a snack apart from lunch and dinner so I won't really even feel like I'm starving or anything.
    Here's my day:
Breakfast 830am: black coffee (in any quantity)
Snack 1030am: Melba toast and 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch 1220pm: 100oz chicken breast baked and 1 cup cucumber sprinkled with pepper and apple cider vinegar
Snack 300pm: Melba Toast and 1/2 large apple
Dinner 600pm: 100oz baked tilapia and asaragus spears

Thanks for the support ! I'm in a much better place today, and I'm not leaving the house until I've eaten. Yesterday was a busy day, and I won't let it repeat! I'm going to weigh myself in a little bit here And I'll see the damage I've done. I also get to see week 1s losses. Yay!!! I also need to go shopping today; need more p2 friendly fruits.

Brnsuga35: those are the protocol breadsticks. And good for you for deciding to follow protocol exactly. I know my first round was my best round just because I was POP. I didn't cheat once!!!
