Hope this helps & good luck to you!
Thanks for the info? Are these homeopathic?

You know what I LOVE about the HCG diet? I don't have to feel bad about doing NOTHING. lol lol

I'm so tired of trying exercise, eating right, counting calories, fat, protein... you name it. HCG is so easy.
You just DONT EAT. lol lol

Good Saturday Morning Team!!!!! Day 28-----The 4 week mark---Down 34 pounds!!!!!!! My whole body and system is totally in sync with this. I have meticulously weighed my protein portions and not wavered from the protocol and my body is responding! I am only going 7 more days on hcg and then I'm transitioning to P3. I have read "Weight Loss Apocalypse" twice and I'm ready to start living my life differently with food. I'm going to be a HCG poster child!!!
Thank you my Teammates!!!!!! Have a great weekend! TWA

VLCD3 for me, down 1.8. Looking forward to hitting the 30 day mark. When you all do 30 days, is it 30 days of injections or 30 days of VLCD?

    Thanks so much,

    Kay

Finally today posting my wk 6 results VLCD40!!! Getting very, very close to goal wt. of 139 lbs. Feeling awesome and looking forward to P3 soon!!! I will be going a bit rogue as over the number of injections but trying to see how far I can push this round in order to stabilize at a slightly lower weight than previous rounds.

TWA - You rock girl!! Nice 34 lb loss!!!

Zami----during the first week of this program, I was wrestling with emotional cravings. Kittydls recommended the book "Weight Loss Apocalypse". I went on Amazon and had it in two days. It deals with emotional eating and our relationship with food. She also references the HCG Program throughout the entire book. It really struck a chord with me. I want to avoid the yoyo up and down pattern I have had with weight my entire life. It's insanity! While reading the book, I felt the author was speaking directly to me. It is beautifully written and the author is a recovered emotional binge eater. I have read a lot about emotional eating but this book hit home with me. I have read many posts throughout this entire forum where people have lost weight and then gained most or all of it back. That has been my lifelong pattern with diets. I need to be just as focused on P3 and P4 and life beyond as I have been on P2. Prior to doing this session, I was in such a state of hopelessness. This HCG session and that book and this support group has changed that. I love where my mind is at. I am determined to end the insanity once and for all. I HIGHLY recommend the book!

PS..........kittydls -----Thank you for recommending the book. I will be forever indebted to you!

    Good afternoon all
Down .8 on VLCD4. Cant wait to get into 150's. I miss it (( I felt so great when i was in the low 150's last summer. Using that as a motivation to stay focused this weekend.
At work im so busy now thanks to a position change that i couldnt care less about eating. It feels very robotic. eat snack, lunch, snack, dinner. But the weekend is a whole different story. I want to constantly snack Its a weird attraction to food that i dont feel at all during weekdays.
Anyways hope you are all having a great weekend.

Whew - you guys have been busy over the last few days!! I had a lot of reading to do!! Sounds like everyone is just doing fantastic!! TWA & Golf - I hope you guys still check in with us even though you're on P3.

Drava - I don't know anything about SCD or GAPS, but will do some research! I am starting to believe that it is not food related. I took her off of all gluten & dairy with no change at all. Her pain is constant - no better before or after eating, no difference with pooping or not pooping. She's not having any nausea, heart burn, constipation or diarrhea. The gyno is saying that she has seen a lot of girls with this unexplained, constant pain. They do laparoscopic surgery to remove the appendix and even though the appendix appears perfectly healthy & fine, the girl's pain completely goes away. We meet with a surgeon on March 10 to discuss this possibility. It has been over 6 weeks and no drugs have helped her, so we are desperate. So thanks for the suggestion!

My weightloss, on the otherhand, has been very satisfactory. I was a little worried yesterday because I was on the road the whole day and not really prepared for it. I ended up buying some zero carb turkey jerkey just to get me through till I could eat something decent. I was really concerned about that. I ended up eating probably double my protein, a couple strawberries, no breadstick & no veg. But I pushed a lot of water. I woke up at 5 am and weighed myself - I was down 1#. Then I went back to bed & slept/rolled around thinking until 9 am. I was down another .8#. I'm not counting the additional weight for today - letting that ride till tomorrow! haha! What games we play!

    ROUND 1:
    02/07 = 222.5#
    03/29 = LIW 188.2# (Total loss 34.3#)

    ROUND 2:
    05/14 = 181.6#
    05/20 = 170.2#
05/27 = Let's not talk about it! Haha!
    06/03 = 164.4#
    06/10 = 163.4#
    07/13 = 155.4#
    07/14 = LIW ______ (Total loss_______#)

Oh, what I also forgot to say is that my mother's father, in Europe during WWII, had terrible unexplained ab pain. They tried to remove his appendix, but it was wrapped around something (or something was wrapped around it). So they froze his appendix & then removed it once he returned to the US. My mother had a ruptured ovarian cyst. They told her that when they removed her ovary, they would also remove her appendix. But when they got in there, it was wrapped around something (or something was wrapped around it - no one can remember the exact details.) They always thought that was strange that they both had it. It makes the doctor think that my daughter might have the same thing going on. They could not specifically find her appendix on CT scan.

    ROUND 1:
    02/07 = 222.5#
    03/29 = LIW 188.2# (Total loss 34.3#)

    ROUND 2:
    05/14 = 181.6#
    05/20 = 170.2#
05/27 = Let's not talk about it! Haha!
    06/03 = 164.4#
    06/10 = 163.4#
    07/13 = 155.4#
    07/14 = LIW ______ (Total loss_______#)

ILTRMB - if they don't think it's food related then SCD or GAPS will not likely help. It's interesting that your family has had similar experiences! How long has your daughter been in pain? I hope they can fix the problem quickly!
