JGD, my sister in law is a large animal veterinarian and she said it was fine.

I just finished moving my son to Nashville this weekend and my heart is so heavy. I'm super excited for him to start his music career but seeing that little guy off and now I'm bumping around in this empty house, I cannot stop crying.

Thats all all I got today guys, everyone take care.

Tracy, so sorry about your sadness. I have 3 kids but they are still fairly young- 11, 8 and 4. I know I will be a mess too when they are gone. I try to tell myself that now when they are driving me crazy, which is pretty much on a daily basis!

Tracy, Iím so sorry. Maybe some self care and meditation would help? My two oldest left the nest and that was tough cause i donít see them regularly. Three still at home but shared custody so my house is empty sometimes. Itís gotta be tough for you. Cry it all out and take a warm bath ❤️

Received my mic lipo injection kit today and did first injection this afternoon. Instructions are to inject 2 ml every 72 hours. Fingers crossed they help with better losses!

I use my HcG insulin needles, fill the whole needle up (which is about 50 units or 0.5ml) and shoot in my haunch/back hip area. In P2 I would often do two shots, one in each hip. I never found suitable dosing recommendations from other users so I made my own plan
I was looking at ingredients at hirsey juice and it contains irin which woukd not work for me I am 75 and iron not recommended adter menopause

Checking in! TGIF and happy to be back home!

Tracy - sorry you're feeling down (in this case, down is NOT good). I don't have kids, so have not experienced the empty nest thing. (((Hugs))) I can only imagine how lonely an empty house would be. (((More hugs)))

JGD - hoping the mic lipo helps you too!

Rose - I didn't know we were supposed to stay away from iron after menopause. I don't think I take anything with it, but I'm going to review all the labels just in case. Thanks.

AFM: Back home is good. I always feel like I need a vacation after being gone almost a week. Especially after plowing through all the emails waiting for me All is well and I don't have to make another trip until mid-October.

    Everyone, have a great weekend!

If you read the labels on one a day for women over 55 or centrum silver you wont find iron on them. A doctor told my husband that you csn build up too much iron in your blood so i made note of the comment,

Leez, I’ve had crazy cravings today. I’m out of town and brought safe foods but seeing all the other foods is causing intense cravings. Normally, I can be around other food no problem but really struggling today. I’m thinking I should skip tmw. Normally I skip on Mondays. What do you think?

Yes, its fine to skip tomorrow. I would. Cravings are a sign of dose problem even if you are not feeling hunger.

I skipped this morning. I already feel much better today. In addition to the intense cravings yesterday I was also extremely cranky. I did cave last night and eat a Quest protein bar that was in my purse. I had to use some serious restraint not to demolish a pack of trail mix with M&M’s that I had for my kids. I didn’t weigh this morning since we are out of town, so tmw morning I’ll see if I caused myself any damage. For a cheat I think the Quest bar is not too bad considering what I wanted to do.

If you continue to feel better into the afternoon/evening, then that means you lower your dose tomorrow.

Its not unusual to need a dose change a couple of times during a round.
