It seems so crazy, I’ve been great. No hunger, no cravings. Freezing to death. All signs dose is spot on. Then bam! Yesterday terrible day! You’d think it would be a little more gradual.

In the protocol, it talks about sudden changes like that can indicated immunity onset. So its not unheard of. Lowering the dose seems to stave that off.

Leez, I definitely feel better. I felt ok after dinner then got hungry again around 7:30/8:00, which is normal as I always have my snack of strawberries around 8:00/8:30. Now that I’ve had my snack I feel content. Now for the dose adjustment tmw. I inject .25 IM normally. Do you think I should drop to .20 or should I try for in between since I do IM?

What you inject doesn't tell us the dose. However, assuming you are injecting the normal IM dose of 125iu, you can drop to 100iu.

Sorry Leez, I always forget the numbers or get them mixed up. I mix with 10 ml of bac water and pull to .25 to inject, so yes, this should be 125iu, so pulling to .20 would be 100iu, correct?

If you mixed 5000iu with 10ml bac water, then yes.

    .20 will be a dose of 100iu.

I'm not as familiar with IM changes as grammy, so if she comes on with a different plan, do go with what she says. She has a vast history of experience behind her and she's done IM herself. I have not.

Happy Monday all you February Losers

It is pretty quiet here. Hope everyone is doing well.

Had a busy weekend, but had some fun too! Still smoky from time to time, but at least it was only in the low 90s.

    Have a great week all!

Hope everyone has a super holiday weekend. I won't be checking in until Tuesday and Wednesday is my first load day of round 5. I feel like I am "pre-loading" until then to empty non-P2 foods out of the fridge before they spoil (avocados and bacon). I'll probably join the September Loaders thread next week.

Off to pack for the weekend!

    Change of plans.

Well, I was planning to start loading tomorrow on 9/5, BUT our friends said they are planning to visit over the weekend on 9/28 - 9/30, and then we are going to Reno 10/5 - 10/7, so.... I decided to postpone my next round until 10/8. That way I have a good, long stretch before Thanksgiving. Besides, I still have LOTS of P3 food in the house that don't need to be around to tempt me

Guess I will switch to the October Loaders thread when Leez starts it. Hope everyone had a relaxing holiday weekend. Now, back to the grind and high 90s (again).
