    February 2019 Loaders - Facing the Music (and the shivers)

    Welcome, February Loaders,

    Its the dead of winter, and its about this time that we realize all the padding we have on trying to keep warm isn't all just bulky sweaters! If you are brave enough to do a round in February, I salute you!

    This thread is for you: gather here with others planning around in February and discuss your strategies, preparation, air concerns and get support from others on the journey with you.

    I'll be around to address questions, but anyone is welcome to dip into this thread and give encouragement and support.

    Disclaimer: Any suggestions or counsel I give will be based on the original protocol because it works for nearly everyone. Some of you are veterans and are experimenting with variations on the protocol, and that is fine. We support you in whatever you feel works best for you.

    Hello all, I'm back... and ready to lose this last 15 pounds.

    I started at 192 and have been maintaining at 152 for a while now and am ready to make that last jump.

    I'm loading today and tomorrow, so I can start fresh with the month of February and "use it" to my best advantage.

    I will be happy to lose 10, overjoyed to lose 15 and absolutely thrilled at anything else. Realistically I know 15 is where I want to be, to give me that 2-5 pound window. At 5"7 and age 50, I think being 135-140 is ok. Yes my brain would love 125, but hey...

    Anyhow.... I thought I would check in here to say hello and to see who else may be doing the February thing...

    All the best to anybody who is joining me... and I hope everybody in P3 or P4 are doing well also.

    As of today, I'm half way through my 30 day round, and am FREEZING here in Florida. However I'm sure it's a combination of HCG and the much cooler than normal temps we've had for a whole week down here.
    The Moderator currently known as Coco :

    Stable @ 145 for over 3 years. Height - 5'10
    Starting Weight: 220 lbs.
    Lost 75 lbs. in 3 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 2/4 now!!!

    February 2019 Loaders - Facing the Music (and the shivers)

    Load days for me will be FRI & SAT. I have been doing lo-carb since last July and down about 8 pounds since I started. I have previously done 5 rounds (full 43 days) and looking forward to seeing real fat/weight loss again February 2019 Loaders - Facing the Music (and the shivers).

    I plan on eating a nice Red Lobster meal on Valentine’s evening and starting injections Friday morning (125 iu).

    Hope some others join us! Yay!
