    Hi Hi! Great report wanna! And funny, I did see you popping in on the 2.0 thread as I was reading all 96 pages. 2.0 is very filling and I almost feel guilty with all the protein I'm allowed to eat. Today's drop was .5, I had a late night and crap for sleep so I hope today/tonight I get back on schedule. Sleep affects my losses almost as much as dosage, I've learned.
    Sorry about your pain Ashley, you have mad respect from me for teaching, even more when you're feeling poorly. Hope you get some relief!

    Congrats on the loss Tracy! I am going to visit the 2.0 section and see what it's all about again! This morning I had a 1.7lbs loss. I was a bit hungrier today but drank some coffee and that helped.
    Hope you guys have some good losses tomorrow!

    I am down 8.5 lbs Preloading weight in 9 VLCDays. so that's good news. My goal always, of course is at least 14 lbs, which is great loss for a month, but usually get 17 to 20 out of a round, so we'll see.

    I am getting sick of cod. ugh. Chicken and cod. I got 96 percent lean beef to try.

    I also have a stomach condition so my stomach is finally settled from all the diet changes last week, but now too much celery is making it upset again, so this is why I wish I could eat zucchini coming out my ears b/c my stomach has no issues with zucchini at all!

    All my clothes are fitting great now, shaping up so nicely unlike any other diet, it's like a weird miracle, keeps you going for sure b/c it's so drastic so fast.

    I had dosing issues, struggled last week with hunger, now I'm in bliss-land b/c I lowered my dose from 125ius to 115, seems to be the sweet spot for me, I forget to eat my 2nd protein or fruit at night, I remind myself and eat it late even (otherwise I could wake up extra hungry the next day which I don't want). I already skip the "bread", and have a hard time fitting veggies in b/c of my stomach condition, I stopped eating the shirataki noodles (which have been successful for me in 7 rounds), but my stomach was just not dealing with all the fiber from apples, and shirataki, veggies and acid from lemons and vinegar. So, I'm eating more bland, but hitting 500 calories is hard when skipping "bread" and not able to eat much veggies.

    Next round I ever do I may experiment with veggies and an alternate protocol. Also, I haven't decided to do another round or not in a couple months when I'm done with this one to see if I can hit my lowest weight in 25 years lol. I hit my "goal" and look great, but my family doesn't want me to lose more, I def have more I could lose, my body just hides it well. I don't know if it's doable. I lost 80 lbs and regain 20 every year, lose it, regain the same 20 lol. I need to maintain that 20!!! GRRR. I eat low carb (not ultra low carb, I eat fruits and oatmeal 2x week, and higher carb veggies during p4) and I workout, I also avoid my food allergens, I don't eat wheat or dairy. I make a lot of sugar free desserts when I have cravings, and I try to keep my splurge day to 1x week. I think I gain b/c I do 2 or 3 splurges some weeks but when I maintain 1 splurge a week, the rest of the week eat healthy I maintain.

    I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!

    Hi cupcake and wanna, cupcake , you must be tall (I'm 5'9) and can hide 10-15 pretty easily myself but I see it when I'm in my nakey no-no's!!!
    Great sleep last night and down .6. Really looking forward to getting into the 170's where I usually live. My skin is looking better, I have so much energy and no hunger on the 2.0 plan. I've kept an excel doc of all my rounds and food eaten since 2012 and I'm right on track since I don't have to lose any load weight. Usually around day 6/7 I plateau for 2/3 days with a gain and a drop. Not a stall per se. So I'm curious to see if 2.0 helps me side step that this time.
    I'll move over to the LL tomorrow and I'll see all y'all there!

    Good morning ladies,
    Sounds like you are both having much success!
    Cupcake - have you tried roasting radishes in the oven? I usually cut in half or thirds, toss with a little Pam spray, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and then bake on foil lined cookie sheet ar 400 for 15-25 minutes. It is weird, but it totally changes the way they taste. Maybe another option for on protocol veggie.

    The 2.0 plan sure is sounding appealing...it is amazing how our bodies adjust and just need less than we ever thought!

    I lost 2 more lbs yesterday and .8 today so a total of 7.7 in 4 actual VLCD of eating. Can't beat this diet!

    Nice drop, wanna! That radish recipe sounds good. I may try it with a brush of mct oil this weekend.

    I'm probably not going to see big drops with 2.0 but I'm satisfied with the slow and steady so far. This am I was down .8, I think my food changes and choices yesterday impacted that in a good way. I'm dropping my hard boiled egg for breakfast and having a venison bar instead, less fat and more protein. I also skipped the organic turkey deli meat I was eating with celery. I have a chicken version which I'll try a little of over the weekend.

    Interesting side note, this is second round I have zero alcohol cravings (the first and last crave free round was also a 2.0 round summer of 2017) For me, that fruit, maybe the Melba too, was a trigger. Other rounds I would cheat, save my calories etc. and allow myself a glass of wine or tequila. And it always stopped my progress for a good 3-4 days.
    I'm a slow learner sometimes!

    Hi everyone. I need some help with dosing. I'm posting here because some of the threads I read through hadn't been active lately, so wanted to make sure someone saw this. I have HCG injections with B12 from Nu Image. I think my dose is too high, per my fatigue & hunger and the fact that I have been reading on the forum that Nu Image starts too high typically. I already mixed my hcg per the directions (did not read about Grammy's modified mixing instructions until after the fact). I am confused as to what to do, looking for guidanced. Here is what my 2 bottles say.
    Prescription labels say:
    "Reconstitute 5.0 ML with diluent as directed by prescriber and inject .2ML subcutaneously every day. HCG 5,000IU 10ML vial/lyophilized"

    "Mix 5ML with 5,000IU HCG vial as directed. Cyanocobalamin B12 - 1100MCG/ML, 10ML vial"

    I skipped my dose today. Need advice on what to dose for tomorrow, assuming I should go lower.
    thank you SO much in advance for any help. I fill up to the .2 on my syringe at this point.

    Is .2 meaning 200 ius?

    I start with 125 ius'. I usually end my rounds or lowering to 120 Ius and that's usually my sweet spot. I've tried 125, 130, 135 150 in previous rounds but always feel good at 120, 125, been okay some rounds at 130, 135.

    I am 5 foot 7, medium tall and curvy. I don't know I can weigh 185 and look 140. It's weird! I also lost 9 lbs but it looks like 15. Weird!

    I had zucchini, and 96 percent lean beef and diet soda all in one day. I was experimenting plus I've gone 2 weeks without soda, cocoa, coffee, tea just clear fluid and I needed a break. But back on my cod, chicken, spinach and celery for the week....

    My goal was to hit next weekend, but I'll probably extend it another week. My goal is 8 more pounds for a 16.5 lb loss for the month, and I'll need more than a week to hit it, plus I'm in the swing of things, but I do look forward to my unsweetened almond milk with cocoa powder and stevia (I drink daily usually for my "coffee", iced or hot).

    Anyone planning their p3 meals yet? Lol. I was thinking a roast in the crockpot my 1st night low carb. Eggs avocado of course for my breakfasts.

    I think .2 is 200 iu but Iím not completely sure. That is part of my problem, understanding the dose. I have done Hcg drops in the past so very new to injections
