Thanks for the stevia recommendation,
Leez, as well as the info about being cold on HCG. I got so chilled over the weekend I couldn't get warm, and yet my boyfriend said my skin was hot to the touch. It was so weird. I bundled up like crazy to fall asleep then woke up in the night in a sweat, went to the bathroom, then slept just fine the rest of the night/morning. It was almost like I had a fever that broke but never otherwise felt ill. A friend suggested it might be pre-menopause, but it wasn't a hot flash, and that didn't resonate with me. Maybe it's the HCG?
I ordered a sample of the stevia you recommended, and look forward to using it in things like sauces and salad dressings during P2 that just need that little bit of balance. Still trying to avoid the habit of needing my tea and coffee to be sweet, and since I'm already out of the habit in the interest of avoiding insulin spikes, why add it back just yet. Anyway, my point is, as usual, THANK YOU for your wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and resources!
Are we continuing last month's Loaders thread here? What's the diff between the loaders and losers threads? TIA!
