    February 2023 Loaders - Foxies

Hi there February Loaders, this thread's for you:

Use it to plan your round, give and get support, ask questions, share concerns or just post for personal accountability.

I'll be around to answer questions and my input will be based on the original protocol. All wisdom is welcome, and we are all here to cheer each other on.

Here's to feeling "foxier" at the end of this round!

Loading is so important to the success of week one....not just for hunger-free comfort, but for getting the most out of the full dose impact of the HCG from the very beginning of the round. All the best, and I hope you enjoy your load.

Hi, glad to join. Newbie starting. Day 3.

    Day 1-2.6 lbs. gone
    Day 2-1.2 lbs. gone
    Day 3-0 lbs. gone
    Day 4 - 2.6 lbs. gone
Day 5 - .80 oz. gone - notice pants were looser thru the legs, especially my thighs. Excited about that.

I decided this time around when I try a diet to embrace the inches and the pounds lost. Stay focused on the positives and don't give up. So glad to be here. I add electrolytes to my water and am taking B12.

Great focus...sometimes we forget this program is called "Pounds and Inches". P3 especially amazes me in that regard....the scale doesn't move, and yet, I have dropped a whole pants size during P3. Celebrating with you.

Thanks Leez. I have a chart that I had downloaded and keeping record of everything especially how I am feeling day to day. Love this site and that I can connect with others on the plans they are using and if they work.

Its great to keep a record of each round. In every round I've done, I've found myself checking back to my logs on previous rounds to compare progress, and also remind myself of things I learned along the way. Always helpful for me.
