    149.0
    148.2

Grrrrrr! I guess that's what you would call a stall hu? This has been a stinker of a round for me. By this time in my previous two rounds I was down about 11 lbs while I'm down 8 lb this time. I'm trying to trust the process but good grief.
    Pre-load - 157 Post load - 159.4 (+2.4)
    Week 1 - 152 (-5.0)
    Week 2 - 148.2 (-3.8)
    VLCD 15 - 148.2
    VLCD 16 - 148.6 (+.4)

Hey Miss Nea - what kind of radishes are you using - how are you cooking?? i baked daikon (sp) radishes and they were good. i heard they are great if you cut them into match sticks like french fries...mmmm french fries...lol.

I think I found my potato alternative!! Yay! I need to stock up on my radishes because these suckers are pretty good when they don't taste like themselves

Good morning losers! i broke my stall with a steak day (NOP) and lost 2 lbs this morning. so VLCD 14 and i'm down 12. ya know - we are all being really hard on ourselves bc of these stalls and such - but what other diet can you say oh i lost 12 lbs in 14 days...or even 10 lbs in 2 weeks. we are pretty awesome even with the stalls! i am hoping my 2nd week (TOM) was my stall week and i will start losing again. tomorrow begins week 3...

morning all. Down only .2 and I had to weigh three times to get that. I wasn't accepting a .2 gain. Gotta love week 3 slow down. Oh well at least I am feeling really good in my clothes, my pants are getting loose again!

Well only down .2 today but I've had some good loss so far and I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Next week is my sisters bday and we never really do much. Because she doesn't want to but this year my mom is pushing to go somewhere nice since my sis also just finished her associates degree last month (but doesn't graduate till may). The place they want to go is the one restaurant hubby and I allow ourselves to splurge because everything is so good and we don't go there often. I don't know how I'm gonna do it. :-(

I feel for you and trying to get around social events like this.We have one coming up soo also. if changing restaraunts is not an option, making the best possible choices off the menu is your only one.and lemon water. just keep saying in your head, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, lol
i have had them make me a grilled chicken breast on a bed of lettuce with tomatoe and cukes, and taken my own dressing.( mixed veggie off protocol)

I can handle family pot luck type events but his is gonna be hard! They bring breads with butters that are yummy and different. And amazing deserts. I know everyone else will have both.
I'm just struggling because I miss food. I'm not too hungry but I really miss the variety. Fantasizing a lot about p3

Do they have steak. if you ask for it with no oil and butter, it is usually pretty safe. And being cooked in a restaurant it always seems like a treat still when on P2.

Yeah we tried it once and it was horrible which was very surprising cause its filet and everything else we try there is great.
