I have been told I'm pretty "intense" on hcg also, just be aware of it, it helps.
Plenty of water and BM just about every day. Today is the first real day of not being hungry

thats a good reminder, I think pple forget, maybe , that its FAT loading, not loading
and I STILL LOSE on loading, but ... that could be because I'm vegan, i do cashews, oils, avacadoes and a very fatty tofurkey, I will allow myself to have some starch but not alot.

I'm thinking apple might bloat. I think I read that last night and after having 5 today, oh man my system is all up in arms!

I actually really enjoyed the apple day. I got to eat more times throughout the day than normal. And I finished it off with a dinner of apple with a side of baked cinnamon apple.lol After work I was only up .8 from this morning so looking promising(yes I obsessively weigh!).

go to http://www.tickerfactory.com fill out all the info and there will be a place where it will give you the code for forums. Copy and then paste that into your signature in your profile. Then to update every day just click on your ticker and it will take you to your info.

Lol. It seems like he would say that a planned interruption can not be taken until a minimum round has been completed. it leaves room for other interpretation, that is for sure. Confusing! I still only have the time for 22 injections to be off on the day I leave so, that will have to do.
Yeah, Simeons isn't very straightforward about the injections, he mentions them throughout the manuscript multiple times in different ways.

    From Pounds and Inches:
"Duration of Treatment: Patients who need to lose 15 pounds (7 kg.) or less require 26 days treatment with 23 daily injections. The extra three days are needed because all patients must continue the 500-Calorie diet for three days after the last injection"
and: "We never give a treatment lasting less than 26 days..."

"Interruptions occurring before 20 effective injections have been given are most undesirable, because with less than that number of injections some weight is liable to be regained."

(There is another part where he says the first 3 injections are ineffective, but I can't find it at the moment. However, grammy1952 has said it many times, I bet she knows exactly where to find that part.)

Yes, it's very confusing! I have come to realize over the past few months that the manuscript is really not user friendly- but that wasn't it's original purpose anyway.

I'm sure you will do fine if you stick to no starches/no sugar and eat only when you are hungry until satiated.
DISCLAIMER: I mostly follow Dr. Simeons protocol however, I may talk about things that are not advised in his book Pounds and Inches. Those things or items have neutral affect on me personally and do not effect my weight loss in an unfavorable way, however. I will attempt to note when something I mention is "off protocol".

Yeah, I found where he talked about it...it was in the section titled "gain before Loss". It is only 1 day that I will be short so, with p3 eating I should do fine.

Yes, I have seen a few posts that people talk about loading up on sweets and I'm like that ain't gonna do it...

That IS me rocking that sweet bikini! Last year, my goal was to look good in it for our cruise/my 40th birthday, and I totally accomplished my goal! So, that is my little reminder that it is all totally worth it!!! Before the holiday, I was down to my pre-pregnancy size of 6 (from a 14-16 the year before). I had maintained nicely, but with the holidays, I put on some fat, so this is a short round to get rid of that so I can rock the 'kini in Florida for Spring Break!!!

Picking your brain here: they say anything under 30 day round adversely affects stabilization in p3 and 4. Do you find this to be true?? I'm asking cuz I've never done under 40 days.
I could get a bikini but as a farmer, where the hell would I wear it? , to put slop in the compost pile?
