Oh my goodness....messed up...went to painting class with 9 girlfriends, it was byob ..... there were tons of appetizers and I was not a good girl...I drank wine, I ate spinach dip and almond crackers and I gained 4 lbs...finally back down to where I was before I went...what a waste of 10 days.so wanted to be lower before going into p3. Thinking of extending this round to try to get there. Not doing another round for a very long time...my family wants me to take a break.

Day 1 of P4 today. Yeah! I found that food **** was a lot more fun in P2 and it wasn't really much fun in P3, I enjoyed preparing food in P2 but now I don't it's like it's just not worth the effort. But, I stabilized at my LIW. The last 2 days I did eat a kids meal at sonic because I ate all my snacks because I was not going to get home at a reasonable hour. So over the 2 day I am up 1.6 pds. I also did not get enough water. Will fix that today. I will still be living as close as possible to Paleo eating habits for the rest of my life. I did have a glass of wine a few times during P3 and found that I really didn't have the taste for it that I did before. It seems the key for me is keep moving and have a LOT of water.

Hi everyone!! I am back from my reunion and all went fantastic. Gained 2 lbs but corrected yesterday and right back down to 151. Up .5 from last drop date . Now in P4 for a coup,e weeks before my last round!! My reunion was so wonderful had so many compliments I am sure my feet were off the group!!! Hope all is well with everyone
