Thank you Leez! So are skip days mandatory? I finally just got my dose right and can't stand the thought of skipping, also, what if I decide to do a shorter round... can I go the 23 days and then if I decide to go 40 skip? Thank you

If there is a possibility you will go to a 40 dose round, you should skip one day a week. You will not suffer on your skip day. You might have a little hunger towards the end of the day, but I actually never did when on my correct dose. It may not be an issue at all. I always skip whether I'm planning a short or long round. It gives a couple extra losing days, because you don't stop losing on your skip days.

The way HCG works is that it stays in your system for 3 days. So your levels will only slightly lower on the skip day.

If you are doing a shorter round, you don't have to skip.

Leez: Autum1joy: I'm a bit confused on this myself. It's my understanding for a 40 day round you need to skip one day a week to prevent immunity ...that means you'll actually go 46 days. 6 of those days are the skip days.

Wondering how many days without skipping HCG you can go?

JessieB: The confusion is because you count dose days, not VLC days. 40 doses is the limit.

You can do up to a 30 dose round without skipping.

Today is my first VLC day, I loaded Thursday and Friday. Hoping to lose 25 pounds and will do the 40 day round. Looking for some accountability.
