So much hope and joy for 2021--and for what will be round 2 of HCG for me. I plan to begin loading January 11, and I'll probably keep my own log in the P2 section after loading. Definitely looking forward to fried plantains with loads of avocado mash and a very fatty beef brisket as central to my loading days. I may or may not do a pork shoulder and plenty of ghee-soaked sweet potatoes. There's also always chicken wings to be had. . . . I'm a whole-hog kind of loader if you couldn't tell. . . .

Looking forward to the journey together, HCG friends!

That's my kind of load too. Except I've never added fried plantains, which is shocking to me that I never thought of it, since I love them so much. You can bet they will be in any future load, though! ^_^

Thanks for setting this thread up, Leez. I'll be here!

Recap - lost 22 lbs last summer, still within range. Enjoying my grains and starchy vege now and their accompanying great evacuations (sorry TMI) before I have to go back to low food volume and accompanying problemos.

    Welcome, misscast.

Love hearing your report of stabilizing success. Bravo!

Here's a P2 tip: stock up on magnesium and vitamin C and figure out your bowel tolerance for them. Then take that during P2 and you won't have to deal with the constipation issues so common because of the low volume diet.

Yes! Already have C and Mag powders in my cupboard. Put a gram of C in water every morning when I wake up. Maybe a nightly glass would help, along with the mag, which I don't use when my diet is more normal.

Happy New Year's Eve! Hope it is okay if I pop on to this group while finishing the last few days of P2, it is always encouraging to learn from everyone's experience. Happy to say I have surpassed my 20 lbs weight loss goal during this round. My next round will be in February and am looking forward to that while walking thru P3/P4. Wishing everyone a wonderful new year.

Absolutely fine to join in. Those just starting will likely really appreciate hearing from someone almost at the end. Its encouraging just to see someone be successful in completing the course. It looks like you are doing really well!

Hello just placed my order from Diet Doc for injections. I have some frozen syringes that I will start worth until my new stuff gets here next week. I spent the last week eating crap (cookies, granola, cheesecake, pita chips) and imagine i am around 160 and some change. I ended my last round 9/17 at 153 so my hope is to get 145 and five myself some wiggle room.

Iím no stranger to HCG and am so ready for some discipline in my life. I am so good when I am on the program and stabilized well in October/November hit then figured I would do another round and it all went to hell the last three weeks of December.

Have a safe and happy New Yearís Eve!

Well, I was going to load yesterday and today but I am not ready. I have been busy, I am still enjoying the foods, all my clothes fit, and just don't feel like it just yet. I am not putting any time on this. My birthday is 2/10 so who knows, maybe after Valentine's day.

    Happy New Year!

I will be starting this month too. Once, I receive the hcg in the mail and supplies I will be ready to go. FEDEX should deliver on January 5th! I can’t wait; I am so anxious to get 20 pounds off and another 20 lb. later on in the year. I will definitely need everyone’s support.
My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel.

Thanks for the info regarding the magnesium and vitamin C, Leez, I will implement this into my daily protocol too...
