    OK... hunger update.

    Today was smooth sailing! No hunger when I woke up, and had my water, which was a good sign because after drinking water I would start starving.

    Went through the day like I didn't know what food was LOL! Evening came and no hunger still, so I guess that means my dose was too high.

    I'll do 125iu tomorrow and see how it goes.

    Sometimes if my hunter is bad which rarely happens, I just up my protein portion. Tea and water can help too but it is the worst. I hope you get your dose nailed!

    I actually added a bit of raddish, red onion and tomatoes to my lettuce and chicken tonight. It was my main meal as I slept late and didnít do lunch. Need to be prepared for tomorrow. Still trying to find a decent dressing thatís not all vinegar!

    Do you have fruit in P2? Because the half grapefruit in my salad is so good. I squeeze a bit of the juice to make a dressing. You could add a splash of vinegar to it and stevia if you wanted. I like it with fish and salad. Grapefruit never tasted so good the other night. Ha ha!

    I roasted a whole bulb of garlic and I am going to try a few of the softened cloves with some salt pepper and vinegar and see how that goes. Lol.

    I donít like bottled dressings at all and really miss my Olive Oil in P2 Lol.

    Glad to hear you got your hunger sorted! I havenít been very hungry at all so far. More emotional hunger than anything else.

    All is going well so far. I havenít ventured out to get a new battery yet. I may not and just plug along. Of course I am wishing my life away and wishing I was at the end of January, so I could be down more. Lol.

    Sunday a.m., want to check in. Hope everyoneís weekend is going well. Today was 3rd injection and 1st VLC day. Iím set right now at 150 IU for injecting. Didnít feel hungry at all on waking. Started to feel a tiny bit hunger about 11. No breakfast just black coffee with a little stevia. Btw, I followed suggestion of adding a touch of sea salt to coffee , and it DID take away bitter taste. (Typing from
    My phone this morning, so will generalize to everyoneómy computer is not charged and more difficult to respond to everyone personally). Sorry.

    Glad pdcancel youíre getting hunger issues Down. When That happens, thatís the beauty of HCG. And Iím With you , Sunshine , I donít like any of the no fat salad dressings. So if you come up with anything , would love to hear! IF I Do, Iíll post.

    Going to have some Fish, talipia prepared on Geo Foreman grill today. I remember liking to grill a little bit of onions on the grill with that, so will do thatóhope it tastes good like I remembered. Poweredbystarbucks, canít wait to receive that air fryer! Itís supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Then will need to look for receipes!

    Iím not going to be totally POP this round. I loved the Apple wi cinnamon last time, ate almost daily, but if I remember it stirred my craving for sweets a little, Iím very sensitive to carbs. So think Iíll try and use carb allowances thru veggies as best I can. Will
    See how that goes.

    Excited to be on very low cal days, I feel like Iíve been loading since Thanksgiving!

    Greetings from my snowy wonderland!!! Really enjoyed reading everyone's post and am glad everyone is so doing well. I am on Day 4 of P3 and so far so good; also been able to incorporate eggs and dairy. Loved having brunch today with eggs, bacon, and creamy coffee. Best wishes and continued success to everyone

    I love this idea!! I love grapefruit. I actually do the fruit on P2 because it tastes like candy. I do lots of blueberries. They would make a salad pop too I guess. Thank you for the ideas!

    I was down to157.6 so down 1.2 so down 12.2 total which is crazy rounding up week 1. On Wednesday I was 169.8 so all I can do is say HOLY COW. Keeping it PG lol.

    You will love your air fryer! Last night I tossed my chicken in a baggie with some veggie broth and salt, pepper and some spices and it turned out juicy and delicious!! I can also make stuff for the kids on a pinch and they say itís really good.

    Tomorrow is my boyfriendís birthday so Iím going to do some halibut and asparagus and some yummy side that he can eat. Weíre staying away from restaurants though Oregon has been pretty good when it comes to case loads.

    What are the thoughts on pears? I get this box of fresh produce and I had a couple of pears in there. And then celery root that Iíve never seen in my life. Might just give it to my sister in law.

    So today is my 1vlc day and I am starving! I only gained 2.2# on my loading days. I tried to gorge, I did a healthy fat loading and even my husband said “you’re going to get sick”. I’m using HCG injection at 150iu. Can’t remember if being hungry like this is normal for the first few days or not. I also have a massive headache. Been drinking a ton of water, but I know this is from detoxing. My macros are calories 611, net carbs 33, protein 87 and fat 9gm. Deciding if I want to do HCG 2.0 or OP. I do enjoy the fruit in the op.

    Pears are one of the specific items mentioned as detrimental to the protocol.
