    Hello everyone.

I am ready to get rid of 20+ lbs , so today is my first loading day. I was thinking of waiting until February, but figured I would just jump in. Great way to start the New year.
I just need the discipline this diet gives me, and I know it works.

After P4 I will again try to implement a new plan for stabilizing.

    Anyway here we go ....

Way to attack the new year head on, Jayk. It has to be better than the last one. At least that's what I'm proclaiming!

Hope you are able to settle into the P2 discipline easily. I know for me there is a point after a couple days that I get into a kind of autopilot rhythm that makes it mentally doable.

    Morning all...
    Happy New Year
May 2021 bring health happiness and successful weight loss!

According to my original plan I was going to load today and tomorrow but unfortunately this has to be postponed.... however I took time out between Christmas and New Years but did not go overboard... i am feeling confident that I did stay within my 2lb window... part of my decluttering was trying on some clothes I have not been able to wear for a while and was pleasantly surprised.... but cannot wait to start my next round... in the meantime I will keep tabs... seeing the specialist on Tuesday and will probably get a surgery date ... i will continue doing keto till I am cleared to go back on Hcg

    Good luck all!

Thanks Leez. I agree, it has to be better than the last one. I think I have my P2 menu ready, so usually once I settle into it I can make it doable as well. The good thing is I really never have hunger issues, so that's a good thing

    Wow, that's awesome, over .5 lb/day average.

First loading day today. Had fish and chips for brunch, tarter sauce, fries, cole slaw, the whole deal. Then apple slices with cheese 4 hrs later and tonight pasta with sausage and fudge brownies. OMG, kind of gross actually when you're taking hcg at the same time. Actually kind of gross anyway.

But I felt like I didn't get enough fat last P1 so am gonna power through tomorrow to give myself the best start I can. P2 on Monday so good luck to all starting around now as well.

Thank you again it's been a great round. Yes loading can be overwhelming you think of it, but it is necessary for success. Really wishing you a very happy and successful round.

I am loading but will do my first injection on Monday January 2021 Loaders - Hope & Joy. I need to connect with diet doc to make sure they mail my injections. I have 7 frozen ones so it should arrive in time. I am so ready to start and I know how awful loading is when you are on hcg!
