My last P3 was my best as I stabilized and even went away for 9 days and didn’t have a scale and came back under LDW. Weigh every day. Introduce foods slowly. I increased my fats with heavy cream or half and half. And go read what Leez posted. She’s the resident expert!! Good luck, you will do awesome!

    Hello hello!

I'm back for another round. I loaded this past weekend and today is day 1 of VLCD.

I lost 19lbs my last round, stabilized well then lost another 5lbs during phase 4.

I'm shooting for 15lbs this round.

I do have a question about dosing. I ended my last round at 150 iu... should I continue with that dose this round as well?

    Good luck everyone!

Welcome, pdcancel, and great job on holding the line between rounds. Holding and then losing a bit more is what most of us aspire to.

Yes, start your round at the dose you ended with in your last round. What dose have your been using during your load? (note: if you didn't take HCG during your load, you will need to load again)

Hello. It’s day one of loading. I used a frozen injection and Diet Doc is sending my supplies today. I have seven in the freezer and am so ready to start.

He told me not to exercise and I did during my last round. What are your thoughts? I won’t push it but would like to keep my body moving.

Need to get my brain in the game and think of meals. I truly love P2 and the structure. My pants all fit from my last round but I felt like a stuffed sausage!!

Excited about this new year and to see all of your successes January 2021 Loaders - Hope & Joy

    Hi Leez,

Yes, I was quite pleased with my results. I made sure to follow everything to a tee.

I loaded with 125 iu. For some reason, I thought I'd adjusted it down at the end of my round, but when looked back at my notes I saw I hadn't. Glad I kept meticulous notes!

I started last round at 125 iu, but then had to adjust up the second week and went the whole round at 150 with no issues.

Should I just start at 150 with tomorrow's dose?

    Thanks for all you help!

Fwiw, I dose at 150iu and have with each round you can always adjust if you notice hunger but Leez will know.

Trying to decide what I want for dinner. Food already sounds gross. So ready to be on P2 and on my way January 2021 Loaders - Hope & Joy

Also... I started exercising when I got to P3 which was in September. Nothing crazy, just walk at home videos for 40-45 minutes 5 days a week.

Can I continue with this? I never exercised with my other rounds because I hadn't BEEN exercising, but this time I actually have been consistent since September.

    Thanks!

Yes, you can continue with any activity you have been doing regularly.

Thank you! The guy at diet doc said to stop and I spin every single day. I can just do less intense rides and for 20 minutes. I just hate to stop it all when it’s part of my routine. Thank you!!

Besides magnesium what supplements do you guys like to take? Potassium for leg cramps and vitamin D is good to stave off Covid. I also take biotin. Wondering if I am missing anything “magical” lol.
