Thank you, Dubbles! it feels good to be back. I am not going to lose hope, because without hope what do we have? I am getting excited about next week going into P3, how about you? I have been researching and reading a lot on P3 recipes and such and making sure to weigh everyday. Also read somewhere about instead of a steak day when you go over 2 lbs. you can substitute with an inflammation concoction of cucumber and some other veggies in the blender. I sure hope I stabilize smoothly. I am going to remain on this forum for P3 too. I need all the support I can get, just reading everyone’s stories teaches me so much.I sure hope you stay on this website during P3 too. We can share recipes and our progress.

You can't do FMD in P3. It doesn't fit the rules.

Pomroy (diets author) says it becomes a life-style for her clients, but I find the structure too rigid for the long haul. It is doable, though, if it suits your personality. I did it fairly strictly for about 5 months that one time.
I had purchased the Fast Metabolism Diet book a few years ago. The TMH book sounds interesting and I am going to have to purchase it and try it out. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely do not lose hope Deanna! We got this , I am planning for a planned interruption , last dose day to be Monday (if I have enough hcg in vial to dose that day). Then I plan on p3 eating during planned interruption, and back on p2 for 10 days after PI. I admit I am nervous about the P3 eating, but am determined to get this protocol done correctly, and try and establish some good habits for life. That requires much more home cooking, whether on hcg protocols or not. Basically just P3 eating for life, and in P4 maybe a few starches a day or two a week. This past year, way too many take-out, comfort foods for us. I've found I actually enjoy the clean home cooking. But plan to look into P3 receipes. I'm actually more excited about this round than for those I did in distant past.

AFM: GREAT weigh-in this morning. Down 2 whole lbs! Don't know where that came from, but I'll take it. This week has actually been way better than my 2 nd week loses, better than last week losses. Down -3.4 this week, brings total for round to 21 lbs exactly so far. Which is average of .77 overall. And I am pleased with that.

Hope everyone else has a good weigh-in and great Friday. Spring is only weeks away.

He told me not to exercise and I did during my last round. What are your thoughts? I wonít push it but would like to keep my body moving.

Need to get my brain in the game and think of meals. I truly love P2 and the structure. My pants all fit from my last round but I felt like a stuffed sausage!!

How long can you freeze hcg? I received two vials from Diet-Doc just a couple weeks ago and the expire date is June 2021. I will be using one vial the end of March, but not sure about the other one. If I freeze it how long will it be good for?

You don't need to freeze it. It will be good for a long time after the expiration. At least a couple years. Just keep it in a dark jar in the back of your fridge till you need it next.

Dubbles, you're having an amazing round! Kudos.

I've had a dark night of the soul and have decided to move to P3 after a tepid round of 32 days and only 11 lbs lost. Wanted to get 10 more to reach goal weight but my mind and my body weren't into it. Was so hungry all the time, I'd like to go back to drops like I did years ago with my first round, had that 'freedom from hunger' that HCG is supposed to give. But I have a nearly full bottle of pellets so will use them.

On the bright side, I've had great reshaping and inches lost even with only 11 lbs. Starting to feel like my old self again.

Are we staying on this thread or is there a new Feb thread? I want to keep up with all of your progress.

Happy Friday Misscast! So good to hear from you. And reshaping is major accomplishment. It's all a process...I get you about when your head is in it, or not. I stopped my injections, actually ran out of hcg in vial on Tuesday, so am on a planned "Planned Interruption". 1st day today. Now that I have freedom to eat a little more, don't know what I want to eat first. Ha. About drops, I have Intermountain homeopathic drops and plan to use them for a couple of weeks, once I go back to P2 after PI for 10-14 days. I feel, like you, I'm needing the break. Did 30-31 days of injections, and lost 22 lbs, so feel it was a normal round. But I want to go back and complete for a full round.

About the thread, it is , ya never know, some post here, and some go to February Downsizers, some do both. Join in wherever convenient for You! I'm going to try and keep posting even during PI, just to keep myself focused and still engaged. Feel it is similar to P3, for me maybe a trial run. But won't stress as much, hopefully, with all kinds of correction days. We got this!

Wow!!! That is nice to know it lasts a couple years past expiration. I need to keep it in a dark jar even though it's not mixed? Thanks for sharing your knowledge Leez. Just so everyone knows, Diet Doc has the best HCG. I didn't have hunger issues and I slept really well and had great losses.

The DietDoc HCG will indeed last long past the expiration. They require their suppliers to achieve a better than 100% potency. So even if it does degrade a little after a while, chances are its still going to be around 100% when you use it. Also instructions are not to freeze the freeze dried powder, but many in the body building communities have done this for a long time. The argument is that the peptides are delicate and can degrade with repeated freeze thaw cycles, but have a long life if not subjected to more than one. So none of this is scientific, just some information that I've gathered from various sources you can take in to consideration.

There is a study going on that is showing that many pharmaceuticals are good for years after their expiration. Manufacturers set dates that that are willing to guarantee efficacy. It doesn't always have to do with how long the product is good. The study results are going to end up saving millions of dollars in pharaceutical stockpiles that now will not have to be thrown out by arbitrary manufacturer dates.

Iíve always had good losses with them. I donít do them often, maybe a couple times per round, only when in a bind.
