    January 2023 Loaders - Snowbirds

Hi january loaders, this thread is for you!

Use it to plan, prepare, share questions and concerns, support one another or just post for accountability....it's all good.

I'll be around to field questions and will always base my replies on the original protocol. Anyone with wisdom for those posting here is also welcome to join in.

So as you prepare to start the new year with positive action, wishing all the best to our January snowbirds! Fluffy for now, but soon to be sleek and sassy. ^_^

    Hi Everyone,

Starting Phase 2 today! Loading was pretty challenging as I am feeling the christmas excesses build up in my body. So in all honesty, I am looking forward to having a detox. Starting at a higher weight than would like, but am 'giving myself grace' this year.

    Happy New Year

Hi Leez, I need your help!
I normally take my HCG injection at 7:30am. Today I totally forgot. I took the dose at 4:00 when I remembered. What should I do tomorrow? I can take it later in the day and then resume the 7:30 dose the following day?
    Thank you!

You can generally take a missed morning dose up till about noon without changing anything. But since it was hours longer than that, take it at 9:30 tomorrow, then back to your regular schedule the next day.

Hello everyone! How are you all doing?

I was so excited I tried something new yesterday and didn't eat after 6 pm. Wow, that did the trick I wasn't even hungry just drank tea and I was down a few lbs, I'm in p4 but my weight was getting on the higher end of LIW. So nice to be back in a good range again I think I'm going to mostly stop eating at 6pm and see how long term that goes. I find I can get my calories in during the day just fine. For me it just cuts out excess snacking or just extras and gives my body time to digest and rest!

Yeah! It encouraged me as I felt like I didn't have an easy way to manage things. I feel like this gives me a good correction day option if I need one I can just reduce calories in the evening and keep it more focused during the day. I am loving this part of p4. I was able to add in coconut flour and oat fiber and make brownies and some sugar free treats in. It's freeing being able to eat more normally. Anyways nothing like a round of HCG to help one be thankful for simple food
