    January 2024 Loaders - Snowbirds

Welcome January Loaders, this thread's for you!

Use it to catalogue your round however works best for you. Ask questions, share concerns, post your plans, get support or just post for accountability. We're here for you.

I'll be checking the thread to help out with questions with input from the original protocol. Anyone is welcome to join in, even if it's a drive-by visit. We especially appreciate our veterans dropping in and sharing their experiences and wisdom.

Declaring the January group to be Snowbirds and encouraging some winter loveliness amidst the dreariness. (and maybe because it is actually snowing here today. ) And you all know that birdies fly above....so here's to everyone getting above anything that might pull them down during their round. When things get hard, use your "birdie" perspective to see the big picture.

    Wishing everyone success!

Good morning I start phase 1 today with the injections bought from the site. Quick question the instructions are to mix 5 mL of water to the Novarel vial and inject 15 units once daily. This is probably a dumb question, but am I supposed to dilute the overall powder that

Yes, you are meant to add the bacteriostatic water to the powder in the Novarel vial.

Do you have enough bacteriostatic water to mix 10ml in with your 5,000IU novarel?

If so, do that, and you will inject at 30 or .3 on your insulin syringe. to get the same dose of 150IU per day. If your HCG vial is big enough for the 10ml, you can add it right to the vial. If not, you will need a sterile mixing vial. You would add 1ml to the HCG vial, roll gently in your hand to make sure it is dissolved, then draw it out and add to 9ml bacteriostatic water in the mixing vial.

You can do it with 5ml bacteriostatic water, but it makes for a potent mix that is harder to adjust accurately if you need a dose change during your round (which is common). If you have already mixed and dosed, it is too late to add more bacteriostatic water at this point.

Yes, your HCG will be good for up to 30 days once mixed. (and possibly longer) Keep refrigerated between doses.

Sorry your posts are getting cut off. It has been happening to sporadic members for a while. I suspect it has to do with the forum using and older version of the vBulletin software. You can try another browser or device and see if it works any better for you.

If you pull the same 15 each day, it should last 32 days. But that is the problem with those potent 1:1 mixes. Its very hard to be exact. And some is left in the needle, so you lose a few IUs each time. With a 1:2 or 1:4 ratio, because its more diluted, you lose less and can be more accurate.

(the math: 5ml divided by 150 --your dose--- is 33)

Don't worry about it though. Many, many people have been successful using that mix ratio.

With eating 2 approved fruits and lunch and dinner I only made it to 300 calories. Any suggestions? Can I add breakfast egg whites?
