Glutamine is an amino acid that can stop cravings if a small amount is held under the tongue.

You can adjust your calories by adding extra veggies and choose bigger fruits. Chicken and on protocol beef have more calories per 3.6. oz servings than fish or shrimp.

Adding more protein beyond the 2 specified servings is not a protocol option. However, a protein portion of one whole egg plus 3 eggwhites can be used on occasion.

Clocking into the Jan thread as I start a 28 day round (cause that are all the doses in my bottle). Although I promised myself I would never do another winter round and put myself through being constantly cold for a month, the long stretch of winter ahead and uncomfortably snug clothes changed my mind. Seriously, that last winter round I did, the only time I felt warm was when I was soaking in the bath tub.

Not sure I'm going to weigh this time. I've done this so many times that I know what to expect. I might just see where I end up.

So I'm joining you, fbff08. How is it going for you?

Aside: This is totally a SnowBird day! We got 6 inches of really heavy snow. A kind neighbor shoveled both my drive and my front walks. Thanking God for the blessing of good neighbors.

My poster still getting cut off. Lol but honestly this has been a disappointing round in day 10. My first injection weight was 184 after loading I got up to 191 and I’m down to 180. By only do the Red Mountain injections or pellets And have always had great success at least 25 to 30 pounds loss in one round. The only thing different that I’m doing right now is using apple cider vinegar so maybe that is causing the stall and no weight loss. I’ll stop it and see what happens but I’m almost tempted to stop this round and go back on hCG Through Red Mountain.

Good luck with your round, Leez -

Hot baths while doing the diet, are wonderful -

I'm now in northern Utah, we are getting a series of snow dumps through at least Monday. Yay! for skiing. Waaaaa! for snow shoveling. Lucky you to have such a kind neighbor!

Wow, fb, you had some major inflammation to log a 7 pound loading gain. The way losses are calculated, you have an 11 pound loss on day 10, so I don't think you are doing anything wrong or that your HCG is bad. Its just taking a while to bring down your water retention from the inflammation. Hang in there and don't second guess the ACV.

I understand the disappointment, though. I'm used to losing all the loading weight on day 2. Its' happened every time for me. But I've never had a load gain over 4-5 pounds. And once I started loading with minimal carbs and good fats, I have very small loading gains of a pound or two and a couple times, I've lost after loading.

So sorry about the posts being cut off. The webmaster keeps trying to fix it, but no success so far. She says it is very difficult to track down as there are so many variables user to user, and its only affecting a few posters and some of those only sporadically.

Amen to hot baths in winter, gz. They will help make this bearable.

So far on first diet day, I'm still comfortable and not chilled, so I'm going to enjoy that while it lasts.

Spent time this morning prepping portions and freezing whatever wont last for a couple months. I managed to eat down the groceries enough that there wasn't much to freeze. I'm good with foods for now. The first thing I will run out of will be lemons. I didn't weigh this morning, but I don't think I gained anything significant on my load. Clothes feel the same.

Welcome fb. I know before I post I copy the whole post, so I have it saved in case there is a problem posting. Then I can just edit and paste it.

    Good luck on your round.

Glad your not cold yet Leez.

This is P2, day 2. So I decided to weigh this morning, and got my digital scale out that I hadn't used in a couple years. Of course, the batteries were weak so I got every number! Got on my 50 year old spring scale and took a basic reading. Actually it was better than expected, in the mid 150's. So if I lose 12-15 pounds this round, I'll be back to a comfortable weight again. My body set point seems to be around 138-140, so anything I lose beyond that always comes back anyway. Nice to know I won't have to do a second round later in the spring.

Happy to have no hunger, so I know my dose is right on. Also happy not to have any detox to go through. No headaches or other annoyances. Also got out my tracker spreadsheet just to keep my calories in line, and because its fun to let the column automatically do the total.

Still not constantly cold, but pretty sure that is coming. Had a couple hours where I couldn't get warm yesterday.

Much respect to fb at the 30 day mark. I'm only day 2 and ready to be done. ^_^ But I shall soldier on. Not much of a hardship really, I like everything I'm eating, its just resistance against restrictions.

Good idea on the copy/paste, Jayk. I have a browser extension that does that for me. Its been a huge irritation saver. Unfortunately, when the post have cut off for me, repasting doesn't always go through. Sometimes I have to start a new post.
