Report: I'm at P2-D11 and still at 8 pounds loss. Since I had a little gain/loss thing going on, I'm not considering it a stall yet, but pretty close.

The great news is that inches are going, because even without a weight change, my clothes are looser than a few days ago. I almost feel normal again. So I'm happy with that for now.

Hope all is going well with the rest of of you reading this thread.

P2D14 for me. Down almost a pound for a total of 10 lost so far. Took a look at my last round. Was in this exact same place on day 14. So all is going normally.

The scale continues to be kind, down another pound. P2D15 and total loss is 11 pounds. Kind of unusual for me to have 1 pound drops close together after the first week, but a nice surprise this morning.

    Those in P2: a reminder

We all focus on the menu during
p2, but these things are also super important to success.

    1. good sleep -10 hours if you can

    2. good elimination - do whatever you need to do to keep that moving

    3. water - especially that first big glass in the morning. add some of your lemon to help alkalinize your body. (rinse afterward to protect your teeth) if you can drink it warm, it will help with #2

    4. get lymph moving to help flush out toxins being released by the emptying fat cells. 20 min walk or some rebounding is enough

Heading into my last week of P2 and just treading water for now. If I'm lucky, I'll make my average loss of 1/2 pound per day. If not, I'll at least be close.

I can tell I'm getting close to being mentally done. Still no hunger, but occasionally feeling like I'd like to munch on something. Most likely just food boredom. If all goes according to plan, my first day of P3 will be Monday next week give or take a day according to how long until my HCG runs out.

Last day of Jan! And tomorrow is my last injection. Didn't quite make 28 because I had a bit of a blow out filling a syringe yesterday which lost me a couple doses. So P3 starts for me on Sunday.

I'm not upset about, as I'm only a pound from my reasonable expected result for 28 days, and there is tomorrows weigh in yet to log.

Time to move to the February thread. See y'all there.
