    Excited to hear how you do with running...this is Round 1 (and hopefully the only,) for me and I want to try to mix in some running and/or working out.

    Well all, after a very SCARY incident yesterday, I have decided to stop Hcg. In at meeting at work, I got very light headed almost passing out. I almost went down walking back to my office, I could feel my legs buckeling under me. A nurse had determined my blood sugar had bottomed out. My mom had to come pick me up from work. This is my 4th round & have never experienced this. But it's enough to scare me. I believe in Hcg so much & has been a blessing. I just can't put my health in danger like that again. Good luck to all of you! Support on here has been great.

    Too bad about the Raspberry Lemonade...sounds good! I have not mixed my veggies....yet. I did not mix them on R1, but have given it some thought this round.

    How frightening! Can you possibly eat a little more? Just wondering. How odd that this has happened to on your 4th round. Good Luck!

    Let the loading begin! Im starting .8 below LIW but expect to gain more than I want during this loading as we are going out to celebrate my birthday...it will come off...cant wait for the losing again! Have a great day

    Hello July loaders,

    So...Friday the 22nd will be load day #1. I am getting ready to begin my HCG journey. I got my supplies on Monday, but cannot begin my first load day until next Friday. Reason for this??? I am going to a week long summer camp as a counselor!! So, last day of camp is on Saturday the 23rd, and I leave this afternoon. It was very hard to make that decisiion, because I wanted to start asap!! Was just thinking....guess I'll have to stash a scale in my car so I can weigh myself on Friday morn to get a start weight. They feed us well at camp, so not worried about that part on a load, more worried about being able to stop and take drops during a busy schedule.

    I'm using this lag time to study these pages and everyones posts, this may have been a good thing Always thinking positive

    Weight as of today is 144.2. Goal weight is 120.

    See you in 8 days!!

    Hello and thanks for your reply. I did great in this morning weigh in, and down 3.2 pounds from Wednesday ( 157.6 to 154.2) when I drank the lemonaide and had bell peppers. I ate chicken and onions yesterday at noon and fff for dinner with strawberries. YUM, I love that stuff and when I found out some people eat fff on P2 I was thrilled. I love it. I don't plan to eat it all the time, but wanted to get the gain down and boy I sure did. I don't know about not mixing my veggies, but will do it carefully and watch for gains. I know beef made me stall and plateau last time. I do ok with Tilapia, but I really don't like fish.
