    July 2018 Loaders - Gotta do it

    Welcome, July loaders!

    Its the middle of summer, and who wants to diet while everyone is having picnics and barbecues, but sometimes, you just gotta do it. (Hence the name of this month's group!)

    This is your thread. Use it to gather with others starting their HCG round in July and plan together. Encourage, support each other, be accountable, or just connect. Sometimes the best support comes from those going through something right along with you.

    I'll be popping in to address questions or concerns and other veterans may stop by to cheer you on as well.

    I need to start planning round 3 but have no firm plans yet. Round 2 wasn't a big success due to major health issues, but I did lose another 10 pounds in 2 months and have maintained it. However, with the big fluctuations in fluid (the health issue), it was hard to know if I was really stabilized or not, and so I am not very concerned about the length (or lack thereof) of my P4. Especially since I will be doing SO MANY ROUNDS to get this weight off! My fluid/edema and electrolytes are more stable now (they will never be normal, but no more 8-9 pound daily swings),

    Also, my job ends July 6th. In terms of losing weight, this is huge, because I am partially disabled, and live in the country, so my job entails a long commute. We also combine errands and then add our janitorial account to the end of the day, and I have a 14-16 hour day on those 2 days/week. The effect on my HCG diet is big inflammation causing gain on the scale. Huge levels of exhaustion require days to recover, and then my next workday rolls around and it repeats. I did really well on round 1, but didn't work the first 4 or 5 weeks of that round...so I think July will be a good time to start another round and have really good results as my body can concentrate on losing pounds and inches instead of constantly being in recovery mode!

    So, I don't have a firm date yet, but I am thinking second week of July through the end of August???

    Hey guys. Iím April.
    I used to be here back in.... sheesh 2011-13? Maybe. Under Queenrilly.
    Donít remember my password though apparently.

    Iím already in P2 now but since I started at the end of the month, the July board seems more fitting.
    Especially since the June one seems to have died.
    Or people just donít use this for the same support we used to have back in the day?


    Anyways!
    Hoping to jump start my weight loss and get back down (again)
    Lost 70lbs in 2011 with Hcg.
    Gained almost all back by 2013. Decided to have a baby.
    Lost about 20 after that. Went to Tokyo 2016 and lost 60lbs.
    Ex left me for an old lady during that 3 month vacation,
    kept off the weight until I got married in 2017.
    Started working from home where my husband fed me until my 60lbs was back.

    And now itís 2018 and I want it off for good.
    I want to at least lose the 60lbs again to get back to my normal weight (in the 220s) before going back to Japan to visit family. Eventual goal will always be somewhere between 120-150.


    And Iíve definitely learned from all my mistakes and plan to stay as close to POP as possible.

    Hi Tokyo, and welcome. What a wild journey you have traveled. I applaud your decision to do POP. It's really the most reliable way to ensure you are successful.

    People should start gathering here soon. June was a pretty quiet month for HCG starters, so the thread was unusually quiet.

    hey there are some of us who are in Lovely Losers - Joyous and Jubilant in JUNE 2018
    you may see it in the morning if you look at today's posts. I am back from 2012 where I went from 167-125 and recently gained it back and them some. On VLCD6 with 8.2 pounds lost and hoping to lose more this round. Have decided to do several short rounds for my sanity rather than long ones. will be looking for you..

    At this point, I am thinking the second week of July for loading and starting R3P2. For loading, I really would like to try to find a chinese buffet or mongolian BBQ, and other than that, stick to healthy fats, with lots of avocados!

    Hi All,

    I too am back! I had a very successful round in March and am here to continue on my journey. I am on VLCD2 and really need the check-in and accountability provided here, I believe it was the REASON I had success, so thank you in advance... lol!
    can't wait to see what July brings us ( or more fitting -takes away from...) all!

    I still haven't pinned down a date, but it could be as early as tomorrow. I have my drops ready and our restaurant picked. Tomorrow works for 3 of our family of 4. Our daughter can't fit it into her schedule until the third week of July, but really wants to come. I don't want to wait...but we NEVER go out to eat as a family... Still, she said she understands, and I think if the restaurant isn't having an expensive holiday special, we'll head down. It's an all you can eat buffet, with Mongolian BBQ, Chinese, and Sushi. I will skip the Sushi, but enjoy the other 2. Other than the big meal, it will be healthy loading for me.

    For accountability and support, I mostly post on the Lovely Loser thread. Feel free to join us over there for a lot more active support!

    I'm back too! I've ordered my items from diet doc mid week last week and still have no clue when it will ship to me. I even emailed my contact there with no reply. Shoot. So my goal is to load with one of the loading days being July 10th (Hubby's bday). I'm doing a 45 day round and hope to lose 30+ pounds this round. I tried one a couple months ago and stuff went south and I quit. My bday is in Sept and so is my 15 year wedding anniversary. It'd be great to be at my first big goal by then. Then maybe do another round after my birthday before the holidays hit. Anyways. So I'm starting around 198-200. Hoping to get to 195 for my starting weight and get to 165 or less when this long round is up. I added the B12 and the lipovite to it since it appears to add another 2-3# loss a week. Anyone got anything they can share with me on how well that worked for them? Once I know when my shipment is coming, I'll let you know!

    Started loading yesterday, July 4th, with huge buffet for early dinner. Tried to focus on fats, but ate dessert too... Today I slept in and eating guacamole and have salmon planned for dinner.

    I prepared 12 servings of grilled chicken for next week and put most in the freezer. The marinade works for flounder, too, so that will be tomorrow's dinner, with extra made for leftovers. I have health issues, so there are some days I just can't cook at all. It is important for me to have food I can just grab and eat always ready or I will just not eat (or eat off plan if my pain levels are high - that's when I want comfort food!)

    My starting weight is a little higher than I wanted due to emotional eating of sugar just before starting to fat load...but that will drop off quickly. I weighed at 232.8 yesterday morning. Can't wait to see how low it will be after the first 7-10 days, when my best losses happen... Most of my posts will be on the Lovely Losers threads for July and August. For accountability, I continue to post during maintenance, too, on those monthly threads. Great group of "losers"!!

    Hi everyone. I am not new to HCG-- I did several rounds and reached my goal back in 2016 ( I think). These last 2 years have been horrific for me. Very emotional and physically demanding and well, at the end I have gained all of my weight back. I am not making excuses. I did it to myself... and at the time, I didn't care. But I do now. And I am trying to work on my mind as well as my body. So, I'm here for another round. Hopefully, a new beginning.
    I loaded last week and so far, so good.
