G'morning to all the lovely Jewels! And welcome, Robineka. I hope you are all getting prepared for the temptations of the weekend.

I've found that its always possible to stay on plan if you want to, even in social situations, where you can feel peer pressure to join in the feasting. The truth is that most people are mainly concerned with themselves, and won't care about or notice what you are eating. If they do and comment, it usually stops the questioning if you say you are temporarily on an elimination diet to figure out some food issues. Everyone knows what an elimination diet is, and they generally really don't care to know more.

If its a drinking-type party, its easily to keep a glass in your hand with some fizzy water and a twist of lemon or lime. You are drinking something, and it looks likes like a vodka gimlet to everyone else, so they will leave you alone.

Happy freedom celebrations, everyone! I'll be proudly flying the flag and giving thanks for all the blessings we enjoy in our country. I am so humbled by all the sacrifices so many Americans before us have made to keep our liberties---so worth celebrating.

Yes, mrsstrong, thought you were familiar too and that would be about right. Back on the train again after a long hiatus. Just got tired of the annual creeping up and am doing something about it!

Leez, thanks for the reminder about the tips on being around feasters and drinkers. I've been telling my family that I'm eating plain...like my grandmother did and she was always at a great weight.

Loving the camaraderie here. Alone is okay and together we can do everything!!!

Good morning all! I will be loading up tomorrow and starting p2 on Monday. Looking forward to dropping some more of this stubborn weight that I have hanging around. Good to see a few P2'ers on here. Always nice to have a group of people going through the same stage you are. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

    Happy 4th of July weekend!!

Hello and happy Saturday! Today is my first load day. I am loading using my leftover hcg that I mixed over a month ago so I am hoping it is still good. We shall see. My new stuff won't be here until Tuesday at the earliest so I am hoping this older stuff will keep me going until then.

I weighed in today at 166.6 (I know right?? Noboday wants to see that number!) Which is just .9#'s above my LDW. I am shocked at how well I stabilized after my last round!! Not one day of being 2#'s over, even after many celebrations and well..lets just say, not the best food choices... but here I am, amazed at this diet!! I am hoping for a successful round to get myself at least to a good healthy BMI and where I feel good. My goal is 145, honestly just for some wiggle room, I would love to maintain around 150 but have a lot of toning up to do. We shall see if I can get to that weight and stay there. I got my hcg this time from Colin F Watson, which I have never used before so I am crossing my fingers it is as good as the stuff I got from Diet Doc.

Happy 4th of July to all of you!! Stay safe and have some fun!!

Hi, how is everyone doing?? These forums are so quiet lately, I guess it's that time of the year when everyone gets busy. Hope everyone is doing well!!

AFM, I am down 1.9#'s from my first day of P2. I gained 3.4#'s loading which I hope goes away soon!! I am using leftover diet doc inj which I mixed the end of May. Seems like it has not lost it's potency, thank goodness. My new hcg should be here today from colin F watson. Honestly, I am a little nervous to switch from the stuff I am doing because it seems to work so well but I have no choice. Crossing my fingers that the hcg from his site is good.

Well, hopefully some more Jewels will hop on here and let us know how they are doing!!

    LDW 165.7
Goal 150 (but would like to get to 145)

Not sure I will make it to my goal this round. I have to travel to TX on Aug. 1st, so I think I will go on a PI at the end of the month for a bit of a break and see how close to my goal I can get.

Leez can you answer a question please? If I am semi close to my goal weight but not far enough away to want to do another round, should you go through P3 and P4 and then possibly another diet plan or workout plan to lose those extra pounds? I guess my question is should you still go all the way through P4 to maintain your losses before trying to lose anymore weight? Probably a dumb question, while I am writing this I assume the answer will be YES since you want to stabilize at a set point before losing anymore weight?? Ideally one would want to get to their goal weight while on HCG and then just maintain, but that doesn't always work out. Thanks!!

The DietDoc HCG formulation does tend to stay viable a lot longer than other mixtures, so happy to see that is bearing out in your case.

DD makes their suppliers provide HCG with more than 100% potency. I think it is about 110% potent. That means that even after it starts to degrade, it is a lot longer before it degrades to under 100%.

You likely wont have that buffer with the product from Colin, so it would probably be best to expect its full potency to be from 3 weeks to 30 days.

You can do a short HCG round if you have less than 15 pounds to lose, but most people don't think its worth it. So say you have 5 more pounds to lose. You still have to do the minimum 23 injections. But hen you reach that goal, you increase calories by enough to stop the weight loss. Then transition off to P3 as normal.

As for trying another weight loss method, you can start that anytime you have finished the 21 days of P3. That is the official end of the round. The P4 timing is about spacing rounds properly. Its not really a phase that you have to follow, but its a good time to find out your carb levels if you don't really know what they are. Even though Linda Prinster's book calls it "the second 3 weeks", it's not in the protocol. Personally, I have always felt more comfortable getting in a few weeks of P4 just to get a good bearing on where my metabolism stands after P3 before starting some new plan.

P4 is really just whatever is going to come after P3 in your particular lifestyle.

Thanks for the info Leez!! I always know if I have a question, you can answer it!! I am going to see how many doses I can get out of what I have left from diet doc and then will mix the other HCG when I need to. I did a total of 32 total doses last time and I had 6000 iu mixed with 12 ml of bac water and my dose is .25 on the syringe. I think if I recall that should have given me 48 doses? Approximately? Hopefully that is the case and I will get at least another 10 days out of this vial and then mix the Colin hcg. If I do the PI though, I will be extending the colin hcg to over a 30 day period after mixed. May need to pre fill syringes and freeze them. I have never done that but I know some do. I guess you would just take a syringe out the day before you plan to inj to thaw out?? I'll have to look up how to do that.

    Thanks again!!

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I've been eating a little more than 500 calories, more like 600 and averaging .6-.8 loss/day and massive reshaping so I'm a happy hcger. I've been feeling exhausted and I'm not sure if it's the vlc or life or a both, and. And sometimes dizziness????

Anyway, I'm glad I decided to do a skip day as I'm going to do a long round until either the hcg runs out or stops working. Mine came from the Hallandale Pharmacy here in South Florida and so far so good. They had a 50% off sale so I did it and also had read that it was recommended here on the site.

Has anyone had success with 0% Fage yogurt? I can't remember if I ate it the last time or not. I'm guessing if nonfat cottage cheese is ok it would be too. Thoughts? Experiences? Also has anyone heard of the P:E Diet created by Dr. Ted Naiman? Super interesting. Anyway, he says that a simple way to gauge your body composition health is that your waist circumferance should equal half of your height. I have 4 more inches to dissolve around my waist. Gonna be like Scarlet O'Hara!!!
