Thanks for the PI info Leez and Skeeballer. Think I'll start tomorrow as I've had 25 injections and totally screwed up while we had a house guest who left yesterday. I'll do P3 for at least a week and see how it goes. I'm interested in the big losses at the beginning of restarting.

Glad everyone seems to be doing well, thinking about what's working and what's not working. Life goes on...

A couple of more PI questions...is continuing on P2 for 3 days part of the PI protocol? And P3 is really just add more fatty meats, fish, chicken and stay on low carb veggies and some fats?

    Thx!

Yes, you have wait until 72 hours after your last dose to start eating P3 for the interruption. Its just like transitioning into a regular P3.

P3 is avoiding starches and sugars. The only guideline for the interruption is to increase calories to at least 800 by adding fatty proteins. However, most people find that just following P3 works fine, so you don't have to stick to P2 veggie and fruit choices.

I really enjoyed my PI and did very well after resuming my round. It so happens that this round also has a PI because of a camping trip in two weeks. I am looking forward to it, and to getting back to finish the round.

Hope you have a great PI as well!

I started loading over the weekend Yesterday was my first vlcd I started at a higher weight similar to march 2020. Lost 3 lbs so far.

This time i will need to do a long round ..prob 7 weeks so plan to skip a dose every week. Need to lose 20 lbs…once again or more would be fine.
I did okay till about November considering i had a few health issues and was under lots of stress. Still have some symptoms but tests revealed blood flow to heart ok. I had afib and some shortness of breath, Got my covid shots and while never tested positive i still seem to have some stressful breathing issues. Made a decision to not focus on my eating or scale even though i know in my sound mind that these are bad choices. I waited till my traveling events ended but then i didnt have BAC water to mix my fertigyn so had to delay another week, Appetite seems decent. Only getting hungry close to noon and 5 pm so think dosage is right. I had trouble with the 5cc needle as it is hard to pull in the right amount of water. It has a strong suction. I am sure i spilled some bac water. Also wasted some from testing hcg to make sure it was still good.
Happy to see you all carrying on, I turned 78 this year but i prob already posted that. No excuse Just think it affects some health concerns.
Happy to be back in control. My appetite was pretty enormous this past 6 months so not sure what that is about. I am going to have my thyroid rechecked as some of the afib symptoms could be thyroid related. Posting for accountability. Allergies have been terrible for me this whole year Texas known for pollen and mold

Hey rose, great to hear from you again. You are so pragmatic about just doing what you have to do to succeed. Its a good lesson for all of us.

All the best for a great round this time. Sounds like you are overcoming your challenges.

HI Rose! So glad to hear from you. Someone mentioned you on our other thread just this week, we were wondering how you were doing. Sounds like you are starting where a lot of us are finishing right now, so not bad really. You'll do fine, and we love hearing of progress and learn from your expertise. I've been on this current journey since the first of January, or January 9th--but who's counting, ha--so am currently on P4, day 25, and will stay on P4 until mid to late August, when I plan for another short round to lose maybe 10-15 lbs. You'll prob be done by the time I get on P2 again. But I will be watching your progress and success closely. Have a great day, and a great first week!

Thanks mrsstrong. I'm back to my pre-guest, pre cheat weight so I think A PI is a good idea based on what I've read and been advised here. My intention is to add more fatty protein sources and a few more vegetables and stay conscious. No more guests until the end of the month, which could be challenging as it will be the end of my round and also, I know down to my cells that I get to be super powerful at the end. Funnily enough, the 3 day weaning off period for this PI was easy peasy and I released poundage. Envisioning that towards the end of this month/beginning of August as well.

    Rose, you are amazing!

Weight 158.2. So down 5 lbs from start weight Even 5 lbs makes a big difference. Big issue i am dealing with is GERD. Started reading why at night i feel short of breath and that is side effect which mimics heart issues. I was given rx a month or so ago but side effects are not helpful. Causes drowsiness and lack of energy all day. So gonna stop in snd see if family doc has alternative meds. May do OTC meds.
Hcg doing well. I never eat grissini as bread seems to cause desire for more bread but in general eating 2 apples a day as snacks. Mid morning and mid afternoon. I alternate between chicken and tilapia for my protein. Veggies i alternate. Onions asparagus cucumber and cabbage. I also have always eaten steamed broccoli tho not on original protocol it was given as option in 2011 and i didnt know any better. Now i know better but since i had no issues i continue to use as alternate veggie
No severe hunger ..just when close to meal time.. i do find after eating i feel satisfied. I do take magnesium and vitamin C regularly.
