    Thank you, Leez. I enjoyed reading about jmrr's P3 (and all of your great advice too!) She makes it sound so easy I love reading the success stories, and I notice how many of them are not about rocket science or massive changes or extremes--people simply followed protocol and were rewarded with success well deserved. I also notice the success stories reflect a significant change in their outlook of food. They seem to really now see food as fuel and have found a way to be both smart and able to enjoy food, without restriction.

    I still have the desire to be successful and the drive. I will wait the 6 weeks and plan R2 for September.

    But...if stabilizing doesn't happen, how do I keep from gsining it all back? I don't want it do steak or apple days the whole time. How do I keep from gaining in P3 if I can't stabilize?

    Well, firstly, don't assume you won't stabilize. You could. What may happen is that you might need to raise your LIW a bit as as you go through the process, but you can still stabilize when you need to do that. Raising LIW a couple pounds usually puts a stop to too frequent steak days. (There are no apple days in P3).

    Just keep reporting in and we'll try to coach you through it.

    I'm glad you decided to follow the protocol and do the full six weeks. Its a big step in the right direction in doing the protocol properly next round.

    Weight was up .6 today Two prob causes The dill pickles i ate (i remember they do cause fluid retention) and i weighed an hour or two earlier than mu usual time. Not worrying. Oh Also had shrimp first time on this round

    Morning, all!

    I'm up 1.4 lbs today which is not surprising of course. I have some P2 food prepped for today, and I can also use it with P3 tomorrow (last injection was Saturday so I start P3 tomorrow morning, correct?)

    I'm really glad I at least continued to be real with myself AND be truthful on here lol. That's more than I've done before and it helps so much to stay in touch with you all.

    I hope everyone has a great Monday. You're all doing awesome and your successes gives me strength!

    Skeeballer- So what can you decide to do for the next 6 weeks that will support you? There are so many options and I'm sure people here have all kinds of protocols and you can just pick the one that resonates with you. Beating yourself up is not supporting yourself, is it? Sounds like you had a good round as far as dropping weight. You get to focus on your wins.

    When I used hcg last, which was a while back, I did the leptin reset in P3 which involves eating a massive protein/fat rich breakfast within 30 minutes of waking and my weight never moved. Now I'm looking into Ted Naiman's P:E way of eating. You can do this! Just choose and lean into these forums.

    PhoebeS - First injection today. Last one was on the 3rd and then 72 hours of vlc and the outcome is that I'm down .6lbs which is frigging amazing as I strayed a bit. Now for the rest of this round, I will stay on protocol.

    I will stay on protocol. I will stay on protocol... And I will keep my eyes on the prize, my goals!!! Can't wait to be able to wear all my clothes again and think I'm only about 5 lbs away from many of them. Feeling good in my body, lighter, sexier, healthier. Knowing that this is self care.

    That is awesome, as is planning to do it right with the 6 weeks in between. Yes, the protocol is in and of itself super simple, and when followed people lose weight just like that. But we all know that part of the process is actually being able to do it! So these are all gains, skeeballer! Stick with us! I had two rounds to do to get back to my normal weight because of Covid. I messed up between the rounds (P3 and P4 are so important!!!) and instead of going back right away, I gained all of the first round back so had to start over. It happens even if I never thought I'd be one "of those."

    Yes, you can do it!! It has been amazing to me to see the reshaping in P3 and P4 this past round. People didn't notice my weight loss until the end of P3. I think it was my waist and my upper arms that thinned. My cup size has remained the same so it all must have gone into my boobs which is fine by me!

    It's P2 Day 22 for me. 155.6 this morning so a little down from yesterday after a not-so-stellar eating day here either. Picking blueberries means eating blueberries! And my husband was being super kind in buying me boxes of grissini because they were on sale. I have deemed them to be of the devil and wanted to just finish what we had and stop because it is so easy to grab one or two extra... I need to hide the boxes. There are things I have no self-control over. Nonetheless, the scale dropped .2 so I am happy and promise on here to only have my allowed amount of grissini and no blueberries!

    Rose - great losses so far!! You are doing great! I eat pickles too as long as there is no sugar in them... I think some actually have a little sugar so may want to check the lable

    Skee - P2 can be tough, don't beat yourself up too bad!! It's great that you can be honest on here and let your feelings out! This is the only diet out there that I will not cheat on (food wise) because I know that it will make me gain and gain a lot while hcg is in your system. You really have to have your head in it. But I know it can be tough! I always try and tell myself, I can do anything for 23 days.. or 40 days... or however long of a round I am doing. What helps me is to drink plenty of water, eat an apple mid morning, eat lunch as close to 1:00 as I can, eat another allowed fruit for a late afternoon snack and then dinner... and drink plenty of water throughout the day. If I get any hunger, I will usually eat celerly, which can be pretty filling. It's a process and you will find what works for you! You've go this!! The motivation comes when you see that weight start to drop, at least for me it does. YOU'VE GOT THIS GIRL and we are here to help anyway we can!!

    Robin sounds like you are doing great!! That's the key....keeping your eye on the prize!!

    Mrsstrong - You are so close!! Yay!! And I can't wait for the different fruits/foods...blueberries are one of my favorites!!

    Dropped the .6 gain. @Phoebe. I Checked pickle labels..only cucumbers salt and vinegar. Anyway back to 156.6. Down 6.8 lbs from load weight Vlcd9 today

    Hi all,

    Hope everyone is doing graet on the hump day!!

    I am up a pound, really have no idea why, just how my body works I guess. 157.2 today, still 1.3#'s under LDW. Tomorrow will start my PI and P3 eating. I am really going to concentrate on good fats, and healthy options so I stabilize properly. Am a bit nervouse since I am going a little rogue with the PI as I didn't get in 23 doses but it is what it is and can't be avoided.

    Pretty quiet around here.....
