I'm not sure I understand the days vs volume question, but maybe this will help.

The protocol says immunity can happen sometime around the 40th dose. There is the inference that spreading the 40 doses over more days (accomplished by the one skip day a week) can help prevent immunity.

If immunity happens, then the HCG no longer controls hunger and you begin to lose the wrong kind of fat and lose muscle if you continue the diet. However, the hunger is likely to be extreme, so only the most determined would be able to continue anyway.

Vlcd12 total 7.8 lb loss Decided to weigh every 2-3 days so as not to deal with mental anguish when stall or slight gain occurs. I know if i stay on plan the weight eventually comes off I eat pretty plain but it is the structure i needed Grateful for this group Thank u Leez for being steadfast and helpful

One thing i do notice is some hunger earlier around 10-10:30 am. Years ago had same issue. I am taking 24-25cc not sure how much that is. I mixed 5000 units with 10cc. (9cc plus 1cc). Decided today to eat lunch early (11) snd then have second meal around 4. Having fruit in morning does not help. It is mild hunger but hungry enough to try something else. I dont think it is dosage issue. I did skip day on Sunday and didnt notice anything different

Not sure why i orig posted wrong weight Today is 155.8

    Howdy!

My son was sick this week so we were stuck at home, and both kids running wild has me put of pocket and exhausted lol

I've managed to stay within the 2 lb range for my first 4 days into P3. I've added cheese, zucchini, and coconut oil to cook with. I gained a little today, and I assume it was from some sour cream last night in my un-taco salad. So I will stay away from that for now!

Glad you all are chugging along and checking in!! It helps me to read about your journeys.

I'm not following a particular diet or way of eating for P3, although I have read a bit about the Naiman way. I have to be careful with TOO much fat because of my digestive issues. So for now I'm trying to eat P2 foods with some extras thrown in like the cheese, and butter. I still need to work on upping my water. I definitely don't get enough.

I'm curious where I will be on Monday as it will mark a full week on P3!

Thanks for your response Leez. I remember reading about the hunger... I guess what I was asking is about the volume as I take 10-11 whatever the measurement is, so theoretically using less volume than what seems to be average, I was wondering if I would be less immune over a longer period. It's a long shot and I'm curious. I guess hunger is the key? I got 5,000 and still have way more left than 40 doses.

My other question is, what happens in the future once you have reached immunity? I"m not planning on using hcg again and wasn't the last time I used it about 10 years ago either and here I am again. How long does immunity last? Months, years, a lifetime? Thanks for being the generous source of all things hcg!

Once you have reached immunity, you can sometimes overcome it by waiting a year before trying again. But some will have permanent immunity. There's no way to tell.

I doubt the dilution ratio of your HCG has anything to do with immunity. Whatever amount of bacteriostatic water you are using, the actual dose is the same number of IUs of HCG. The reason to use higher ratio of water to HCG is to avoid losing so much in the needle each time. It makes dosing more accurate, and some think the HCG disperses better in the tissues.

Weight is slow this second week. No surprise but always hoping for pleasant surprise anyway. Down 8 lbs. 155.6. Upped dosage to 27 which is about 135. Seems this time it is my sweet spot. Had hunger issues recently. Not terrible but do not need or want them. I thought maybe caused by antihistamine daily. Apparently change in dosage helped.

Hi Rose, just wanted to say I love this idea of not weighing everyday. I totally respect the mental toll it does take. Thanks for the tip!

Hi! New here, not new to HCG. I was very successful a few years ago and have had some not quite as successful attempts since then. This pandemic year with my kiddos home did a number on my weight and I am heavier than I have been since I had them.
I am on P2D6 - I didn't weigh myself before my loading days, so I am -6.2 from my first VLCD day. I guess I am starting at a higher place than previously so it doesn't feel as effective but I am trying to remind myself even with this it requires patience. I am also currently at 136.2 and my goal is 125. But I am barely 5'2" and very petite.
Do you have any threads with people working on the last 15 pounds?
I started my period yesterday so I am not taking a shot today - according to Dr. Simeons, not sure I have ever actually followed that. Anyone have any thoughts on that? I this is a helpful thread and forum just to keep this on the front of my mind each morning so I greatly appreciate the support and community!

Patience you are actually doing well. Looks like u have lost a lb a day. I am on 17 days and onlyvabout 10 lbs. the main thing is this gets you eating better and hcg helps control ur appetite and u can trust tge process. I have done a few rounds where i wanted to set my goal downward and lost around 12-15 lbs on a short round. About 28 days. The main thibg is to follow through P3 faithfully to lock in those losses. You will do great! The forums help accountability even if no one reads them
