    Great losses everyone. .2 might be a small loss but it is a loss. I noticed on this diet that you may not be losing lbs. every day but you will be losing inches. I'm down 8.4 total for my first week. Two of the days I only lost .2 and one day I didn't lose or gain, so it all evens out in the end. My Dr told me before I started the first round that women lose an average of .5lb. - .75lb. per day. I lost 20 lbs in 40 days. Even though some days I had a gain it all worked out in the end. Mine worked out to .5 lbs per day...which is on the low end of what the Dr. said but what other diet it there that you can lose that quickly and not be hungry? So hang in there everyone, the 40 days will be over before you know it and you'll love your new body!!!

    Good point Jen, I get measured at my Drs office next month, so I'm hoping to lose some inches to balance out only losing 0.5 a day!

    ok…I'm new….how do I post my weight ticker (see above) so it shows…..I finished 2 days of loading and started the 500 diet today….I have some questions about the injections….terrified I am doing it wrong!

    Oh, that is such an awesome news!!!!! So glad you didn't stall! See, you deserved that pampering!!!! And yes, looks like we have the same goal, how fun is that!! I actually don't have it planned out yet, but it's possible I will have to do the 2 rounds, too...I mean, with my loading days weight, it's almost 50 lbs to loose to get to goal. So far I only know P2, so not even sure what I am suppose to do with P3 and P4...LOL. I guess next week I will have to check into the details of that for sure.

    And I sure remember that post of yours..LOL....I felt the same way. I haven't had food dreams yet...LOL...maybe next week. You are ahead of me, so my loading days food memories are still lingering...hehehe

    We will get there!! I am getting my nails done today. I am a designer and I am teaching classes tomorrow, and my nails have blue paint under them. Doesn't look good with french acrylics..LOL

    Welcome!!!! And here is how I add my ticker. Copy the code from the ticker place, go to Settings on this site, Signature and just paste it in there. Hope this helps you!!!

    Just checking in. Happy Friday everyone! I am only down .4 lbs today, but hey.... I am down a total 15.2! Yay me! It feels so good to see progress. OH and everyone hang in there this weekend... they are the hardest for me! I really want a beer after this weeks chaos! (at least one - ha ha!

    Hi there June loaders!!! I am joining you as I started loading today. Well actually I didn't do a very good job of it depending on how you look at it. I got really nervous to gain a ton on loading so I tried to do a healthy load today. I had full fat yougurt with strawberries for breakfat and a salad with feta, avacado, chicken and olives for lunch (plus olive oil). After reading all your posts I think I need to enjoy my dinner a little more. Oh wait.....what's that? Could that be a Big Mac calling my name? Why yes, I think it is!
