Hi all. I am completely new to the whole HCG thing and have just gotten my hhcg drops in the mail ... Seeing a little bit of mixed messages on those vs. the injections, but I am still looking forward to trying this type of diet with a homeopathic method. Anyway, I am reading up on all the details of how to get started (hoping to begin my "loading" days this Friday and Saturday.
I am curious what everyone recommends as healthy "loading" foods. I´m hesitant to eat things like ice cream or pizza hamburger type foods because I have sabotoged other diets before by giving into cravings and currently I am not in the mode of eating hardly of those foods anyway. Would fatty foods like avocados, cheeses, olive oil style dressings, sesame seeds/nuts be beneficial in the two loading days? The printed guide that come with my drops doesn´t give any specific foods suggestions so I´m unclear as to how much and of what should be eaten to sufficiently load up in this period.
I´m at 168 pounds I think - with Goal Weight of 135. I´m going to verify my measurements this weekend.
Also, are chilies or chili powders considered acceptable spices in the Core Phase ( Phase 2 ? ) ?
