FML!! I am up another .6 today. Did all protein and 1 fruit yesterday and drank all my water! So for me the fast fast is an epic failure! Half of the weight has rebounded so far. If I am not down tomorrow I am going to do an apple day to see if that will move anything. I only have 11 shots left, so I know I am not going to make goal this round. That is what I get for getting greedy I guess! I am starting to get discouraged really. I am going to stay POP though. I think I might need to adjust my dose as well. I am starting to feel hungry around meal times and in between meals, but have not been hungry at all during the beggining of my round. I will start P3 Aug 10th and then start loading end of September for my 2nd and hopefully last round.
    R1: Started 06/23/12
    SW: 156.6
    LIW: 131.8 (-26.8)

Attempted a round 2 in September 2012, but it was a disaster to say the least. I am now in the right mind to get back on it!

    Round 2: SW: 157
    VLCD1: 156.6

    Goal- 125
    SSG- 115!!
    Age: 24, Height: 5'1

angie- sorry about the gains...nope it settles soon...I never see rogue working out well for anyone....havong said that you need 6 weeks between r1 and r2 so be careful..

Rusty-- going another 40 or 50 days is really rogue...(see above)...hope it works for you...I did stay on hcg a few extra days this round but I had a few days when I missed my am drops, so I just wanted to finish the hcg I had mixed. Be careful...

Pensee- I find it better to add just one new thing at a time, and then if no troubles I will start combining, just in case...guess I am just overcautious.

AFM- Something I ate yesterday messed with me...up 1.5 this am so i think it may have been cheese, although I have never had issues before. will wait a few days and try it again. Decided to hold off adding eggs for another day or two...hope to get rid of this gain as it puts me REALLY close to LDW and I liked having a cushion!
    R1-June '11- 212-40 days- lost 21 LBS
    R2-Sept '11-198.8-42 days- lost 22 LBS, 26 Inches

It's food. We feed our bodies to keep them strong and active. Food isn't a celebration, a friend, or something to go to for comfort, it has it's place and need. It took me a lifetime of fat to learn that! Now, I use it for what it's for.

Is the food boring? Yeppers! But there is so much more to life! I do what I do, 'cause it works for me.

    Enjoy the eggs!!!
I do still consider food a celebration. For me I think it's important to have a relationship with food....HCG is our marriage counseling and we are trying to go from having a dysfunctional relationship to having a healthy one. I still love eating good food...I am a total foodie and somewhat of a health nut too so for me I guess it's all about portion control and keeping my cravings from getting the best of me when TOM comes to town...most of my weight was gained through binge eating when I was with my ex husband so hopefully I will have no issues keeping it off for the long run.

Rusty I think you are doing great and I am glad you know what works for you and that you are experiencing amazing results with it!

Up or down??? She chose doooowwwnnnn! Too late now...(from my all time favorite movie, Labyrinth.)

Well I am down nothing today<<< I stayed the same. It isn't a 4th consecutive gain so I will take it! I was thinking of doing an apple day today, but read in P&I that I should not do it on a skip day. And today Grammy has me skipping because my dose needs to be adjusted due to hunger. Haven't had any all round except this last week I have been hungry. DH had a cheeseburger yesterday that I was ready to fight for. LOL Hopefully I start feeling better today and don't wont to eat my desk. Have a great day

This morning I was up 1.5 and at lunch I was down 0.8 from that so that gives me a total gain of 0.7. My husband feels that it is from the 3 cups of coffee that I had yesterday. He heard on some fitness show that coffee causes you to retain water. I have always been taught that it is a diuretic....will have to do some research on that one.

STILL hoping to hit 165 by next friday! It is looking like I am going to have to pull a few rabbits out of a hat to get there. I am really struggling with protocol at this point. Not incorporating huge cheats BUT small healthy cheats are causing problems for me. like last night I had one teeny tiny bit of hubs salmon and I had molly mc butter on my cauliflower....oh and I snuck a few raspberries into my smoothie along with tasting my sons and husbands smoothies which had blueberries, banana, and pineapple in addition to their strawberries. No excuses I am just so done! Still going to push myself for another week and hopefully hit my goal but I sooooo can't wait to transition into p3. Infact, I may even do my last injection on wednesday so that I can have bacon and eggs next weekend!!!!

Angie, sorry abt the dose. Hope u can get it right soon. It sucks when the dose is off.

Kitri, seriously, u shld move on. There is a reason why u r not supposed to do more than 40 injections. U r risking good stabilization in p3. There is no such thing as healthy cheats on this protocol. Watch Robin's vlogs. U r messing with ur hormones.

Down .4 today! I am now at the same weight that I ended week 4 at. Basically I wasted a whole week doing the damn FF. Oh well. You live and you learn! I know I will be back for round 2 at the end of my six weeks, so I am not going to beat myself up about it. I have 10 more shots left and 1 skip day. I am hoping to just get out of the 30s now! I have started my research into P3 and looking up some good breakfast casseroles that I can make ahead of time. I am not a early riser, so I usually am rushing through the house in the mornings trying to get myself and the kids ready and out the door. I am not even going to fool myself into thinking I will get up to cook in the mornings LOL

Down 1.2 this morning! I feel like I am finally back on track. I still have 10 days to go. I don't think I will make goal, but I am hoping to just get into the 20s now. When I started this last month at 158.6 I never thought I would ever see the 20s. Guess I'm one who needs to see it to believe it. Oh boy do I believe it. I have a friend ready to start once she has her baby and goes through her recovery. I will be back for round 2 after my six weeks to get to my SSG! Have a great weekend everybody.
