    Hello, I'll be joining you all. I am using HHCG drops, and hope to actually finish a round (this time), I've stopped and started a few times. Just need to get my head in the game as I know from being on it the program it works.

    I've got to get stuff for P2 chilli today...kind of bored with chicken!?!? Yesterday, chips in the pantry kept calling my name! I grabbed a few several times! UGH! I need to get rid of those! I was still down 1 pound this morning...back in the 140s...YAY!! Having my coffee now, will get stuff for chilli to serve over salad...makes me feel like I'm eating a taco salad. Lol

    R1 (Oct 2012) Start weight - 169, LIW - 149.6 (30 day round)
    R2 (jan 2013) start weight - 160.6 - 145 (LIW) 30 day round with 10 day planned interruption at 20 day mark
    R3 started May 27 (maintained around 147-148 after R2) 156 after 1 1/2 weeks of loading!!! NOT planned, Grrrr!!

    Sleepy girl...... The headaches have been excruciating this time!!! Did not have them when I did this a couple years ago.....however, I really have not Had much hunger.

    Well Im up .6 today. I thought I would try coconut oil to make sautéeing easier, and it did not go well for me. Non stick pans only from here on out! Lol

    My headaches are getting better...I think!?!? Lol. Yep, coconut oil is a no no in P2 (and so are chips! Lol)...I know some use it...I never tried it in P2, love it in P3 though!! I'm hoping my hunger will be better today. Are you eating your melba...I'm not, maybe that would help me.

    Ok I was just kidding. I'm actually DOWN .2 pounds...... I weighed too early. I'm still going to cut out the coconut oil to be safe because it was a very small loss. I cut out the grissini yesterday, and did not notice a difference, but maybe I will see a difference after not using the coconut oil today.

    Also I would like to note that I loaded for 4 days..... Was not intentional, but I had a lot going on that holiday weekend and that Monday.....and I notice a HUGE DIFFERENCE into hunger. I have none!!!

    I was up 2.4 lbs after 1 day of loading. Did I overdo it? If I gain that much after today then I'll be the heaviest I've been in all my life. I understand the concept of loading but my goal is to lose not gain almost 2 1/2 lbs in a day. Should I cut back today?

    Nope! Not in the slightest. It will all come off and then some in your first couple days, and you won't be hungry if you stuff yourself to the gills now.

    No, you should not. Supposedly when you jump up a lot with loading, you are sensitive to something that you are eating. I jump up a LOT...I feel certain that it is carbs for me.

    I'm having a hard time...wanting to quit already...it is a mind thing right now for me...trying to work through it.

    I started loading today, after my very first injection! and its much harder than I thought! I'm not wanting to eat anymore, I've had enough! Yikes. I shall persevere though...

    Ugh! I forgot how much I hate loading. You think it's going to be THE BEST ever because you can eat what you want and how much, etc and you are allowed, nay, instructed to! LOL! After half way through the first day, I'm already tired of food.
