    Anybody know of a cereal that can be had in P3? Also, anybody tried those Irish Steel Oats?

    Hi Maybeline! I don't have an answer for you, I'm sorry.

    Down 1.8 today which means I'm just about 20 pounds down from where I started. Had a light workout yesterday and I can feel the burn in my muscles in a good way. My friend and I are going to work out 3 times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. I'm excited! I always hated working out because my whole body was already fatigued from the gluten and I didn't know it. That's why I never had the strength to work out, it was always just so painful. Not only was I not in pain yesterday I enjoyed myself! I even ran a bit, NEVER thought I would be able to run. Starting to see the positive changes in my body is awesome.

    Maybe line, there is no P3 cereal. Not even quinoa. Sorry. Just eat eggs, smoothies, etc.

    wo here are my stats for R2P2. (in metric!)
    preload weight 58.2 (evening measure)
    VLCD 10 - 52.8 (morning measure)
    around VLCD20 - 51.4
    VLCD 22 - 52.4
    VLCD 30 evening - 50.7
    VLCD 31 LDW 51.1 (still wondering how can this be higher than evening's weight)
    VLCD 31 evening - 50.9 (again? I think I was bloated when measured LDW)... had a small cheat.. a grape and a hm.. wafle.. tiniest quadratini, but still... Coming back to work is more challenging for me than P2 in Rome!..
    tomorrow is VLCD 32, the last one. Friday morning will have P3 breakfast.
    I was only planning to do 21 day round, but ended up doing 30.. not sure if it was worth it, since last week I had the most cheats.. Anyway, I don't think I've ever exceeded 700 calories...
    I didn't weigh myself everyday not to get obsessed _ i get obsessed with number too easily.
    R2 was much less struggle than R1. I did not freak out of losing too much, I didn't think that I'm hurting myself by not providing enough fats - it just felt normal.
    R1 I finished looking too skinny, in R2, even if I weigh less, I look more feminine.. I guess it's the dosage issue - last time I lost too much normal fat, and this time it's the one which goes easily with hcg. I've been active all round, sometimes overexercised, but still loved it. the only problem I had in the middle of the round is that I didn't put the drops in the fridge! I took them to work and they lay there in my bag, so somewhere by the middle of the round I had something like a washout. tired weak and angry. Once I opened a new bottle, everything came back to normal.
