Between that, drinking lots of water and taking niacin to flush out fat it was a good experience.

I am hoping when I am done with My round I can slide easily back into the container system! I can't do her dvds because I live on the 2nd floor and the wretched woman below me has already screamed at me this week for putting together a bookshelf and making too much noise. Maybe we should both do the abs workout!
Hope you wake up to a good loss.
I believe you are entitled to "live" in your apartment. The lady downstairs needs to tolerate your noise, as she made the choice to live below someone. I'm sure your complex has *quiet time*, like maybe from 10 pm to 6 am, where you can't run the washing machine or whatever, but outside of that time it should be fine for you to work out, do laundry, assemble furniture, hang pictures, play loud music, etc. If she has a problem, she needs to speak with the property management people; she should never confront you personally, as it is not a personal issue. You are doing business with the property management company, and there are specific rules and guidelines. That is my advice.

Hi Tangle! I am holding steadyish, waiting on my new stuff - it is at Customs, hovering. I also went ahead and ordered some of the drops several recommended on here - they're coming today so I am going to give them a whirl. I have 21 to go and by golly, I WANT IT GONE. .

Hang in there!! I agree with Lynne though - you should be able to do what you want! I might try the 'okay, I am going to do workout videos during ____ and so I suggest you be gone" - lol i guess that wouldn't work. My daughter and her b/f live on the first floor and the guy above them likes to jam to music - they asked for certain hours to not, and he was actually quite happy to oblige. Some people try to at least co-exist!

BossBabe - you have me curious about that treatment thing you did. Groupon has a 10 buck off coupon today - I will go look this up!

Down 11 pounds! Unfortunately my drops will not make it the 40 days and I'll run out in a day or so. I just ordered two new bottles, but they won't be here anytime soon thanks to the weekend ... So I'll have to call it quits and do another round for the last 10 to 15 pounds once I hit phase 4.

Tangle, you are only going to wait 22 days between rounds? I would like to do another round once I am done with this one and do not want to wait the 20 weeks or whatever it is

I'll have to watch the video again, but I thought after Phase 3 you could start a new round. I thought you had to stabilize and then you could continue on. I know the lengths change with each additional round ... To be honest I've never really gotten through Phase 3 in the past because I left food take over each time.

I'll look into it and let you know.

    UPDATE:

Six weeks, sorry. Three weeks of Phase 3 and three weeks of Phase 4 and then you can start over.
Either way, I'm doing another round. LOL

Tangle is right about the waiting time after P3 before you can start the next round. It increases each round.

Between a second and third course eight weeks should elapse, between a third and fourth course twelve weeks, between a fourth and fifth course twenty weeks and between a fifth and sixth course six months. In this way it is possible to bring about a weight reduction of 100 lbs. and more if required without the least hardship to the patient.
It is important not to cut those waiting times short. I've outlined some reasons here:

    Hello Leez,

Thanks for the info / link! Wow scary to become immune to HCG would really be the end all for me. Eye opener.
I had no idea when immunity term was mentioned it meant for a year, I thought it was round specific..do I understand correctly?

I have always waited the time in between. Last round which was a complete disaster due to a crisis and the brand i selected was not working for me I had hunger all of the time!! Bad hunger (since switched brands after researching I was not the only one it was happening to) I was injecting daily and eating whatever I wanted to ended up loosing some weight but extended the round by like 20 days. But to add of course I did not really stabilize well.

P3 was fine but once on P4 eating "not good" I was gaining 5lbs a week.

So stoked I am not immune as this round is going as normal!

Question: If a round is done last year and let's say months later another round, is it considered the second round? Or if enough time elapses it is like a reset (wishful thinking)

I will have to wait 20 weeks for the next round and still will need to drop 20-30lbs, I will do maintenance but also would like to loose weight in the mean time.

Unfortunately, if immunity sets in, you do need to wait at least 6 months (a year is better) before trying again, and even then it could be a problem.

Generally, you will find that you have to decrease your dose as you progress through the rounds. At some point, many find that they are using a dose of around 100iu. You can't go much below 80iu and still get an effect from the HCG. Those on the lower doses seem to be more prone to immunity just because they don't have much wiggle room.

You can try to lose weight during the P4 waiting time, but most of us do HCG because we can't lose weight any other way. I was never successful at losing between rounds. But there is nothing to stop you from trying. Just don't do it by calorie restriction. That will mess up your stabilization work and your set point will start to change again. (And not in a good way.)

If a year has gone by, you don't have to consider the next round a second round. You can start as if you are on round one.

Leez, isn't the immunity problem pretty rare though? I've only known 2 people in all these years that had to deal with it (I first did hcg 8 years ago). FWIW, I did a very long round and then two regular short rounds, then was off hcg for 5 years, but also out of touch with the hcg world, until now. I am back with a round now to knock 22 back off and it is going pretty well. I think between the long long round and the next round was about a year, then did the other two back to back, then tried again later and totally utterly failed when I had no one to talk to about it. So glad I found this place this time!
