Thanks, Leez. I'm going to pick some tea up before I go home today. I will try anything and plus I love tea. Going to do my normal shot of ACV before bed and go to bed early again. Sticking with the plan because it's the only thing that works.

Hi, everyone! Thank you so much for all the congrats, they're very much appreciated!!! You're all doing so well, what a great round we're ALL having. Like has been said, P2 is definitely a test of patience, no doubt about that. You'd never believe eating so little that you could gain, but the scale doesn't lie.

Hubby started loading the car today, he's really been having some severe fatigue issues (he thinks its chronic fatigue syndrome, but hasn't seen a doc yet). We're leaving Connecticut Saturday morning around four thirty a.m., heading south to Orlando, FL. We are fortunate to split our time between the two BUT our health insurance isn't effective in CT. Traveling back is due to health issues for both, and the necessary medical tests/appts. But, also to be back with all of our family, so we're fine with it. I have my suitcase to pack, and it basically takes me all of about ten minutes, so I'll do that last thing Friday.

Didn't weigh this morning, got up several hours early to walk and feed our pooches - normally, hubby does but he just wasn't physically able to this morning. I really have zero plans for the start of P3 tomorrow morning, other than two nicely creamed cups of coffee I'm not stocking supplies here, will just be using what we have on hand. Once back home, I'll get fully geared up and stocked. Zero hunger still, I normally don't have any issues during the transition days, I'm really happy about that.

Okay, back to watching the clock....tick....tock....tick....tock....

    Hola Ladies....HELLO P3

Starting tomorrow morning I am officially in P3. June of 2017 will be one of the most valuable times in my life and you all are a part of it.

Did not finish as strong as I wanted (Week of July 4th took a toll on me) but ended with 26 lbs lost in P2.

    new phase...new challenge....HERE WE GO!

P3 celebrations starting all around for this group. Great job, megabarra.

Seriously, to me, the first day of P3 is like Christmas morning.

My best advice: Enjoy the freedom and resist the temptation to control it too much.

I've got at least another week and a half if I stick out 30 days, but I'm counting down at this point. Wish I was done now!

Megabarra - Congrats to you! Keep us posted on P3!

Bluetech - awesome results. Good luck! We are all rooting for you! I hope we'll still see you here in this thread. I hope your hubby is okay. I'll say a prayer for him. Im glad to hear your transition was so easy. I'm worried I'll be starving. I actually forgot to take my injection this a.m. and I ended up taking at noon. I only noticed because I was hungry. It made me think that the transition period might be really tough. My first day on HCG I was STARVING all day. I'm hoping it's not like that!

Shmeans - Thx for the tips. I took a day off my walking today (too busy) so I'll see if that speeds my losses up, they've been slow or nil past couple days.

Leez - Woot woot for a whoosh! I'm happy for you!

Halle - It's restaurant week here in Green Bay - which means AWESOME three and four course meals at almost every restaurant for like $20 a person of $30 a couple. I'm SO sad I can't go. It ends the day of my last injection. I LOVE dining out. Can you tell? LOL

Natalie - Thx for the ideas. Chicken makes me gag - just can't do it any more. But I am feeling good about continuing fish during p3. It's just too hard to eat a low-processed, whole foods lifestyle and get enough protein without adding back carbs (like beans, quinoa, etc.) I actually did try the egg beaters today, we'll see if I get a loss tomorrow. Also trying cod for the first time. Cooking now. Thanks for the compliment on the picture. That's me and my oldest son, my 10-year-old River. (I also have an 8 y/o boy Rainn and a 4 y/o girl Briar Rose.) I'm going to try your epsom bath tip! I'm totally hearing you on the ups and downs this week. That's been me too. Losing dust for both of us!

AFM, I was down 3 lbs on Sunday to 131.1, up .1 yesterday to 131.2 and up .8 today to 133.9. Kind of okay with it since I had a big loss and I'd like to go at least 30 days on the protocol to help me stabilize better, but I'd still like to see those numbers go down. I didn't walk today, a first, so we'll see how that affects my losses. I also used beaters today, I was out of whites (liquid). I also realized a fish seasoning I have been using THE WHOLE TIME has sugar as one of several ingredients. Should I stop using it? It hasn't hurt my progress too much, I don't think. But I also doused my halibut in it last night...so maybe?

Hoping for a great loss for all of us tomorrow!

Yes, I fell out of the thread but still would like to check in and report that I've completed my round (finally!) and am transitioning to P3.
This round was tough, much more challenging than the previous rounds and this included a 9 day stall.
    The results:
    R4P2start 217 lb.
    R4P2 end. 24 lbs.

    Total results are:
278lbs at the start of trying HCG and today after 4 rounds I'm 193.4.
I comfortably put my wedding dress on that I wore in 2004 for the first time in 8.5 years!
I rode on a plane and didn't freak out about being too large to sit comfortably
I could buckle the seatbelt with room to spare
    I can cross my legs
I walked around and was active on vacation
I feel healthy and my knees don't ache anymore
My blood pressure is much better
My doctor is astounded by my progress in the last year

This is no less than a miracle for me - I have tears of joy
I NEVER thought my body would reshape the way it has.

So anyone who's still trudging, hang in there. You'll get result if you stick with it. I have 1 more round to go- probably in January, lol! I want to work on stabilizing really well and set my weight here.

Make the most of your day everyone and best of luck on your journies,
    Jj❤️

This is something I could have written. When you have been struggling for years, and something finally works, o wow. It is the best.

Yay for you diamond! Thanks for reporting back in and all the best for continued success on your final round.

    VLCD:22 down .2 [loss from start: 11.2]

After yesterday's pound drop, I didn't expect much, so I'm happy I didn't zero out today. Dribs and drabs seems to be my pattern. With today's weigh-in, I just squeeked out 2 pounds total lost in week 3. 2.6 the week before that. Pretty much the same as my other rounds.

Sadly, the lipotropics are not fulfilling their promise to increase losses 2-4 pounds a week. And I don't discern any energy or mood benefit. However, my total progress this time is better than the last two rounds because I had such a great first week. I guess I'll reserve total judgment until the end and see how it goes. I pretty much suspected they wouldn't make a difference, but this way I can speak from my experience when people raise questions about it.

Good morning all. Woke up to same weight yesterday. I'm only down .4 for Week 3 with only one more day to weigh in. I hope I get a whoosh tomorrow. I've been POP so it's probably just water filling up fat cells. Sigh. Cool thing is though that all my black work shirts (for real estate expo, which is this week) are TOO big! I have to make a quick stop to Express to get another shirt before expo starts this afternoon. We have to remember that when we aren't losing lbs, we are definitely losing inches! I was a size 14/16 when I started back in November, now my 12s are loose and my XL's definitely are baggy. Even large shirts (some of them) are too big. I definitely need a new bra, but I want to wait until I get down to the 60s and well into P3 for the reshaping process. Only one person at work has noticed I've lost weight. Oh well. At least, I've noticed and I feel good and that's all that matter. My confidence is back, finally!

    Slay it today everybody!

Diamond - Amazing progress! You are inspiring!

Wow, only .4 for a whole week is really frustrating. Hang in there Natalie, it is definitely the water equalization stuff going on. Grammy always says that when you get those long slow-downs or stalls in the middle of a round, it helps with stabilization later. I'm assuming that is because the water levels equalize in P2 instead of waiting until P3, when all that shifting would confuse the scale results.

Natalies post reminded me that I had an NSV (non-scale-victory) today when I buttoned my capris. I didn't have to pull the button and button-hole together. It's lovely to have the waistband lay flat on my skin again instead of denting in.

Did I mention they are a size 6? I'm sure I did, but I'm still in utter amazement that I can wear a single digit size, let alone a 6. I guess I'm still in awe and wonder at being normal again. It doesn't get old!
