June 2020 Loaders - Happy Warriors

Welcome June loaders, this is your group!

You'll be known as the Happy Warriors--those who face a challenge with joy and expectation of success. Coming out of the last couple of dark, cloistered months, its important to find our joy again. You are taking control and working towards increasing your happiness and your health. I salute you all.

Use this thread in any way you like, that will help you stay steady in your determination to accomplish your goal. Some like to check in daily for accountability, strategize preparations. Some will have questions or concerns, some will be here to get and give support to others. It is all welcome and you never know what thought you post might help someone else get over a rough spot or inspire them in some way.

I'll be around to help with questions or problems, but this thread is open to input from anyone who has experience to share. Sometimes there are veteran HCG'ers who will go through the round with those just starting out and there is a whole lot of mentoring going on. We all learn so much from each other.

Wishing you all the best as you start this journey, and its required time and effort investment. I am reminded of the road signs you see on highway construction: "Temporary inconvenience for permanent improvement". Seems fitting!

Technically Iím loading now and will be vlcd 3 on June 1st, but didnít make much sense to go to May losing since itís almost over.

I miss when this place was super full of life and busy.
Background: Itís been 7 years or so since the last time I did a serious round. In 2011 I lost 60lbs to 225 in a couple of rounds then I had a baby in 2013 and got it back, went to Japan in 2016 and lost it again, got married and had a baby and currently up to my heaviest.
    Starting this round at 296.

My original name here is Queenrilly but I canít get into my old account 🤷*♀️

Hcg is the only thing that works for me besides being broke in Tokyo 😂
Iíve been trying to eat right and exercise and tried keto. I did find out I have lipoedema, so at least I know why my legs and arms are huge. But the best thing about Hcg is that it attacks that too.

Current problem with Hcg is I have enough for one round, and then I know where to get my Hcg but finding impossible to find a supply dealer I can trust.

Here we go! Wish me luck. I have a feeling Iím going to need it.

I'm loading this weekend it I can verify it's ok to use refrigerated unmixed hcg which expired a month ago. I have a home pregnancy test to verify potency if I need to do so.

Hi all! I'm back to get off the weight I have gained back Like many of you, HCG is the only thing that works for me. I have enough for 3 rounds so I'm going to use the rest of this year to get back to healthy by Christmas. I started with HCG in 2011 and lost 55 pounds and kept it off for 4 years and did some maintenance rounds to keep it off if it crept back up too high. The past year has seen me go way up and ADD quarantining since 3/15 and it has not been kind to my waistline. So here I am back to lose about 50-55 pounds over 3 rounds hopefully I hope we can all meet up here and support each other I mostly follow P&I protocol but I do mix veggies. Last few rounds I had more than 1TB milk (maybe 2-3TB) but not doing that for these rounds because I honestly thnk it affected my losses.
I have to figure out the ticker and/or update my signature but as of now:
Loaded 5/28-29: Pre Load 204.6 *my heaviest weight EVER* I was 199 when I started in 2011
    VLCD1:207.2
    VLCD2: 203.6

    Let's do this!

I did a bunch of research on this a while back, and the conclusion I came to is that if you are using the lyophilized powder (freeze-dried) that it is good for several years past the expiration date. Its especially stable if kept at a constant temp. There might be issues with the liquid HCG. I didn't study that out since I have only used the freeze dried. Like a lot of meds and foods, the expiration date is really about how long the manufacturer is willing to guarantee the full potency or stand behind a products perfection. Many HCG manufacturers create their HCG at a potency of greater than 100%, so even if it weakens a little, its still going to work fine. I wouldn't hestitate to use a product that expired so recently, either way. I think you are good to go.

Interestingly, the government did a study recently on expired medications, as so much is regularly thrown away from the national stockpile according the the exp dates. What they found is that most medications have an effective potency years beyond their date. Some even up to 10 years. Now if somebody actually does something with this information, taxpayers could save a big bunch of money that is now wasted.

    Hi y'all. Today is VLCD4
I'm happy to see some activity on here! When I did HCG 6 years ago (size 14-4 in 2 rounds) I was on this forum every day, it was very lively, and I honestly believe that is what kept me going through the full protocol. The support on these forums can be invaluable. Even if I don't feel like logging in at the end of the day, I do it anyways, and I will always see something that supports me.

After the death of my mother, I gained 70 pounds, and I'm ready to let it go. I'm giving myself a good year to get all of the weight off, but I just know by Christmas time, I'll be close to goal. I feel good about the journey and I am OK with how much time it takes. Its a lot less time in the grand scheme than continuing to be overweight and feeling bad about myself. I want to get out of my black spandex stretch pants I've been wearing every day for 3 years!!! I have maybe 6 pairs! I wear them even during the hot summers because I don't feel comfortable showing my arms and legs. BUT I suspect by 1st week of September I'll be running around in knee length dresses feeling free enjoying the sun on my skin. It'll be here before I know it! Have a good night and I am so glad we are all here together.

I tested the potency tonight aftet I mixed the freeze dried hcg with the bac water. I added a few drops of the mized hcg to the tip of a home pregnancy test, and also some of my urine since it easn't saturated enough without wasting more hcg. it immediately showed solid double lines indicating positve. I'm in my upper 50s and had a hysterectomy 20+ years ago (still have my ovaries), so I know I'm not actually pregnant - lol!

This qas an interesting experiment though. I've found out how a woman can initially fake a pregnancy with a positive test by adding drops of hcg to her urine.

Glad to see we have people now!!

Same Sk, this forum 24/7 and all of the friends I made here at the time were the best support system anyone could wish for! Especially if you donít have it at home!

Tomorrow is VLCD1 for me, and itís a Saturday so everyone is home to drive me up a wall, if I can stick to protocol tomorrow it will be a good indicator for my entire round.

Same here Tokyo! You can do it! I have been quarantining with my 77 YO mother since quarantine started in March (she came to snowbird here in FL and kinda just got stuck here, lol) so we have really been housebound and I just couldnt wait any longer and watch the scale go up. So I decided that even though she will be here 2 more weeks before we drive her home to NY, her and my husband will just have to deal with me not eating what they are and I'll have to deal with them eating ice cream every night I feel if I can survive this next week or 2 then the rest of the round will be easy

    OMG LOL I WOULD DIE! 😂 😂

Yeah if my dad were here I would not be doing this at all. Heís 80 and his diet is 90% takeout and 10% pot roast 😂
My husband is a PIA though, heís trying to do low carb though now that he noticed heís getting a stomach, so at least thatís helpful, but the dude eats like 20x/day! And constantly asks me if I want to eat. I actually donít eat that much anyways since the first time I ever did Hcg, Iíve always only done lunch and dinner ever since. So basically half the time heís complaining about my size and that heís worries Iím going to die, and the other half heís asking me to eat. Make up your mind dude!

Reminder to self: drink more water!
