    So good to know others are in the same journey I’m in. I started this round a week on a half ago. Gained lots during Covid & ready to lose it all! Today I went to chipotles (mask & all), ordered beef on lettuce & salsa, but put some of my sister-in-law’s guacamole on it! I’ve been losing well, but now I’m scared to check the scales tomorrow! We’ll see...

    OMG Tokyo, thats so funny about your dad. Thats my mom too . Tonight my husband offered to cook my chicken on the grill and then proceeded to smother it in mole sauce (definately off protocol). Seriously?? I've been doing HCG since 2011, he HAS DONE HCG...he knows this is not allowed lol. Now i have to cook new chicken anyway. UGH.

    Martita..I struggled today too. I ate olives, a handful of "skinny" choco chips (made with erythritol), and a diet pepsi. Oh and i had 2 eggs for breakfast. Its been a tough day. I'll cross my fingers for both of us on the scale tomorrow.

    I'm going to skip on Tuesday and see if maybe my dose is high. I'm usually hunger free and can't be bothered to eat. I am usually 130iu but started this round at 150iu because I haven't done HCG in a year and am at my heaviest ever so figured to start higher but maybe not....

    Omg Maxi typical husband.

    Saturday I failed miserably and just piled it in as a ď3 day loadĒ shrug. I started out really well with a nice chicken soup. But Because the kids did not get the carbs eaten fast enough so I figured I should get rid of everything before getting serious. I failed at that too because I wasnít actually hungry. But I did decently enough that my son finished off the rest this morning (sunday).

    So for Sunday: fage 0 with berries, chicken breast, a few bites of the sausage I made for DH because I was testing out the air fryer to see if Iíll be using it for my round. And Iíll admit I ate a few of the kidsí cheese balls. But I donít do grossing or fruit typically when I have meat. Shrug

    Tomorrow my protein powder comes. Iím not strict with Dr S as I was my first round a million years ago. I found that Iím much better at sticking to it if I can just have protein shakes instead of looking at a depressing piece of chicken. Unfortunately beef is overpriced thanks to covid, if the store even has any. So protein itís going to be for a while.

    I think going back to low carb and low fat is going to be the hardest for me right now because I got so used to being allowed fat with keto. Carbs I can typically avoid pretty easily, fat is life.

    Forum ate my emojis so I had to go back and fix it lol

    Hi everyone!

    I'm ashamed to say I'm a repeat customer with last round 2018. I keep weight perfectly steady for a year, then it starts to slip ever so slightly...anyway, I know what to do. Good news is I'm starting at my lowest P1 weight ever so shouldn't have to run P2 too long. This morning 190.6 and target weight 168...lets do this!

    Akcharger, don't feel ashamed! I've done hch twice a year for 8 yrs then one time a year ago. To lose the same 15 lb over and over and over again
    two years ago I gained 25 to 30 lb in 2 months and found out I had a dream of fatigue and it is very very hard to lose weight with adrenal fatigue but I have tried on my own for a long time now and I've decided I'm going to try HCG again, so here I am.
    I didn't want to do this again but I feel like I need to do something.
    Although my main reason is I just want to get back into all the clothes that I have. Tired wearing the same two pants every week
    When I have about 10 pairs of my nice smaller sizes. But I need to drop two sizes to get into them.

    Welcome Tanya and Akcharger...looks like we are all on the same path/same goal. We know what to do we just have to do it. I went up a bit for today's weigh-in but I'm not going to stress it. I probably did not drink enough water/tea yesterday. Or I ate too late. Or the chicken suasages. I also just want to fit into my smaller pants this round then next round start working on the long term goal of taking the rest off again. I too am sick of wearing the same few pairs of pants. I want to wear my cute summer pants!

    When I first did HCG in 2011/2012, I lost 54 pounds (199-145) on 3 rounds (1 40 day and 2 30 day) and kept it off for 3+ years then gained and lost 20lbs every year and did a round every year to take it back off. That worked until January this year and I just ballooned up.

    Off to get some water! Have a great hump day!

    Hi June bugs!
    I did drops back in 2011 and did great! Now I'm back to try the injections, which I hear are so much better. I've ordered a 46 day supply and have about 40 lbs to lose. Crazy how that weight just creeps up on you!

    P2D1...here we go! unfortunately I pour coffee and added my favorite stevia sweetener Pyrure aaaaaand it's got erythritol. So need to scramble to find some replacement. Happy to not be stuffed but I know that will pass after today and dreams about food start in about 5 days lol!

    Seems like everyone on track I finished a round In April and this is P4 week 4 This morning 140.2 which is 4/lbs under LIW. One thing i never did before on P4 is keep track of calories. This time i am doing it more to see how much I eat and feel satisfied. I am not precise on calories but want a general idea of what amount works to stabilize and also keeps me from being hungry. My own little experiment I have a kept a weight journal since I first lost in 2011 , When I get in trouble is when i just do not bother with the scale. Then seems like it starts creeping up and after a yea i have added 10-12 lbs, This last time i went up 20 lbs and that was a wake up call.
