Lost 10lbs 10 first days, but now it’s going slow: 3 lbs in last 8 days. Been getting home late a few times, so too late to eat. When this happens I’ve been doing a protein shake with cucumbers, frozen strawberries, stevia & hemp protein powder. It seems to work for me as I always lose something the next day. It also tastes yummy to me!

Martita, that is a similar pattern that I follow nearly every round, except I don't lose quite as much as you in the first week. Just to say that it is pretty common to have losses slow to 2-3 pounds per week after that first week of bigger losses. Its not as dramatic, but I tell myself that there isn't any other thing I could be doing that would create a 3 pound loss/week without being hungry. So you can find a peace with it.

Your shake sounds like having dessert for dinner.

Starting day 1 of loading tomorrow! Anyone else starting this week? Excited to get going!
Question: I know the original protocol calls for 125iu per day. My instructions say 120iu.
How is this calculated? I will most likely go with 125

    Welcome debadeb.

Dose is calculated according to how you mix. Here's the formula you can use to figure out mixing and how to dispense your desired dose: https://hcgdietinfo.com/formula-calculate-hcg-dose/

    Hi debadeb

I am on day 2 of P2. Good luck

No excuses for me. I gained and need to get myself together again. This diet always seems to help me get disciplined in eating again. I let myself stray from good eating, self indulged etc. Now I will just get back there again. Doing okay so far.

Don't beat yourself up, quite a few of us are guilty of bad eating during what we just came through with "the quarantine". In order to avoid going to the store when they first issued lockdowns, I cleared out my cabinets and freezer by eating many foods I normallly don't

I hear you there sdwis.. I did the same. That is probably what started it. Then had quite a few things to do with my husband, so when we were out, I just indulged as I was hungry. We pretty much stayed away from grocery stores
I am okay with it though, and doing good on the diet so far

June 2020 Loaders - Happy Warriors

    VLCD19 - +.4
    Total loss - 24.8 lbs

Up .4 today. I did each a out 3 ozs of chicken past 9 and not enough veggies yesterday. Went on a picnic and could have had too much chicken then cause i couldnít measure. I feel a little bloated today and no BM yet. Iíve been constipated for a couple days now. Smooth Move tea tonight to see if that helps.

Vegetarians do shakes in P2. Usually Jay Robb either whey or egg white protein have had the best reviews. Some vegans have had some success with Sun Warrior protein. Its not on protocol, but if you wish to experiment, you can give it a try and see how you do.
